The property is clean, up to date, and very comfortable. Our family really enjoyed the space; the sunroom was my favorite. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need. The home felt very cared for.

House was well maintained, very clean and well stocked. The 3rd bedroom was basically in the master bedroom, separated only by a door, not quite what we had envisioned, but worked out for our family. The sunroom was our families fav hangout spot, that alone made this house worth it.

The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed the glass patio with the fireplace. Easy walk to food and the beach.

Pleasant Stay on the central coast

I've stayed at this house previously and am positively surprised by how clean and well kept it is. The house is in a good location and in walking distance to parks and the coast. We enjoyed staying here

we stayed in Dogwood for a month with our golden retriever and had a nice visit. Hope to come back again.

We were very happy with the location. The house is comfortable. The room in the photo is very cool, we spent a lot of time there reading and observing. It was a nice getaway!

Wonderful getaway spot, close to everything!

The lovely Dogwood house was perfect for my family getaway- near plenty to entertain my 20 something nephew, and a great walk to the ocean for our pups! Felt like home ♥️, thank you!

Anniversary Get Away!

We like to travel to this area and is very dog friendly with a great community! This is our first time staying in Morro Bay and all wanted to walk from the dunes to Cayucos/Morro Stand State Beach which we did in 5.6 miles in about 2 hours taking our time, but we will be coming back to do some Kayaking and this is a wonderful little retreat while having all the creature comforts of home!

The only thing i noticed when we arrived it did not have a pleasant smell unlived in stagnant like it needed to be aired out. Which we did. We had an amazing vacation.

Great place to stay long term, very quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay here for 28 days. Had nice walks around the neighborhood which was quiet even though it's a few blocks away from a school. Nice little green space Park not too far away and great views if you walk to the top of the hill. Grocery store very close by as well as hey yummy taco place

Place was great! Vsry comfortable and in a perfect location. Everything we needed was there, our son had a great time running around and looking at all the plants in the yard! Views were beautiful, our family had a great time we will definitely be back again!

Great visit!

Perfect home for a visit to central coast. Very clean, dog friendly, well stocked kitchen, view of the ocean, close to beaches and fun town. Excellent communication with owner. We were very happy with the whole experience!
