If you are looking for a special place to spend time with your family or friends at the beach...you have found it! Beach Heaven II is a three bedroom with some beautiful updates is a condo providing you an experience of a lifetime. From your fourth floor balcony, you will be in awe of the view, and taken with the serenity of the sound of the ocean.

The three bedrooms have one with a king bed and amazing ocean view, and the second bedroom has a double and single bed and the third has a queen bed. A sleeper sofa gives you sleeping for 9. There is also a fold up mattress that provides a 10th sleeping space. Each bedroom has a TV and the living room has a TV and DVD. But most importantly you will hear the incredible sound of the ocean. This has been furnished to give you the best of everything for your stay, including a closet with beach chairs and toys.

Whether you are coming for a vacation or are snowbirds looking to not shovel snow, this condo offers you so much. In addition to this wonderful condo, you have a beautiful outdoor pool, including a kiddie pool, large indoor pool and sauna, barbecue area, tennis, backgammon, sauna, fitness room and is in a wonderful location close to so many other amenities.

Perfect Family Vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful condo and host. My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 1 year old grandson were traveling together. Gerarda was so helpful from the very beginning and incredibly kind. Everything was clean and the beds and furniture were so comfortable. The furniture on the balcony was so great! We especially enjoyed the rockers. The closet full of chairs and beach items were so helpful and a welcome surprise. It is clear that the host truly takes a lot of pride in their condo and cares about their renters. The building and location is absolutely wonderful. We could enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the balcony every day and it was so peaceful. The views were stunning. I highly recommend this gorgeous condo and this amazing host. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful time! The condo had everything we could need & the closet of beach toys was a plus the kids loved it.The view of the beach from our balcony was breathtaking. The owner wS very nice & responded quickly to any questions I had. We will rent again!

Graduation Trip

Phoenix 7 is a great location! This condo was great for my family of 6! There was plenty of room for us all. We even had other family members come to eat dinner several times and had plenty of room with them there, as well! We will definitely consider booking this condo again next time we come to OBA!

One of the best places in orange beach!

We had the best time. This property is spacious, clean, and offers a beautiful view. The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions! We had 6 people on our trip and we have no complaints! They provide everything you need during your stay. The Phoenix VII is a very nice condominium. The pool is very large and offers lots of seating, and the beach is nice and also has lots of seating, but neither are overcrowded! This is our second stay at Phoenix VII and we will back! The location is nice because it’s away from the busiest part of gulf shores, but there are so many nearby restaurants around this orange beach area; you can even walk! 10/10 for the place and stay!

Beach heaven with a heavenly view

Fantastic beachfront condo with lots of beds and great ocean view. Phoenix VII has indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball, small fitness room, outdoor tennis/ pickleball and a basketball hoop. The complex was quiet and clean. We enjoyed being on 4 th floor and not too high and windy. Super helpful and gracious owner. Loved staying so close to St Thomas by the Sea Church for Easter.

Family vacation

The room was spacious and everything we needed was at hand. The only complaint that we have is that the beds were HORRIBLE. The mattresses were so bad that even the children didn’t sleep. The living room furniture needs to be replaced as well. No support when you sit. But other than that, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We LOVED Beach HAVEN!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. We actually were done 2 weeks ago in a different condo. It was nice, but not as nice as this one. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the pots and pans were. There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch and plenty of linens. We loved being able to walk out on the balcony and see the beach. The only issue we had was checking in the computer system went down for a minute and they charged us for the parking passes, it was my understanding with our renter that we would receive two parking passes. Although I don’t feel like this has anything to do with the people we rented the condo from. We will definitely Be back, and WOULD DEFINITELY rent from these people again. Bonus if you have younger kids there is a closet full of beach toys! A play pen in the master bedroom and some sort of fold out mattress (my teenage son actually wants me to buy one of those, he said was very comfy and would be great when he HS friends over).

Orange beach is wonderful this condo not so much.

Orange Beach is amazing. This condos view was beautiful and the living space was nice. Other than that it wasn't great. It wasn't clean. The cleaners came while we were there to tidy up again bc black mold was on doors and windows of one of the bedrooms. This condos had A LOT of deferred maintenance. We paid top dollar (not worth it) - Not comparable to others in the same price range.

Only issue renting property was that we weren’t given the room number in our correspondences. But we called VRBO when we arrived and the information was give to us immediately.

Beach Heaven at Phoenix VII

We enjoyed our visit, and actually met the property owners as we checked in. The unit itself needs some updating, but all in all , everything was sufficient. The cleanliness was not up to par, but I've reached out to the owner to let them know so they could contact the cleaning company.

Great location and views.

We went for a deep sea fishing trip with Eagle Express Fishing charter and the location was perfect. When not fishing the balcony view was beautiful not too high or low and gave great view. Access to beach very quick and easy. Some places you have to walk down and up a lot of stairs for beach access and this was nice to have like 10 steps up to the walkway that went to the beach. The ice maker was not working which was supposed to have been fixed prior to our arrival but everyone knows that efficiency of handymen are becoming harder to find these days. There is ice down stairs about $4 for 10 lbs bag so easy fix. Also I had no idea that I needed to flip a switch to get some plugins to work. We only stayed 3 nights/ a mini stay so by the time I got around to asking about it we were actually leaving the next morning. A big plus was the closest of stuff other guest may have left or the owner provided… about all I didn’t find was a beach umbrella. Also the master bedroom had a playpen in the closet… super nice place, easy check in, lots of great place to eat, the fishing charter nearly just across the street… and Florida minutes down the road… we ate in Florida a night. The parking also was so convenient for this unit… right by the door in the basement/beach access floor and not far for the elevator and once there close to the room.

Just by chance...we discovered Orange Beach in the summer of 2014 and quickly fell in love. We are from the Midwest area, Iowa/Illinois and we are Tony and Gerarda (Lahey) Keppler. We have five amazing children and their spouses, and 14 grandchildren. After we fell in love with Orange beach we knew we wanted to find a very special place...and Phoenix VII is a very special place
Currently my husband is Deacon for our church, and works in the finance industry, and I(Gerarda) am a Psychology Instructor at Northeast Iowa Community College, have a nutrition business and do motivational speaking and training for companies. We feel so blessed to have our large family, and there is not enough space to tell you how wonderful and perfect our grandchildren are!

As Iowan's, many of us are avid Iowa Hawkeye fans, with an Iowa State Fan in the mix! Go IOWA!.

We are involved in our family and we love to have fun. The corn fields and country in our neck of the woods are beautiful, and I have a remodeled Barn House that we share close to home. It is VRBO 341015. We describe it as, "Where Heaven and Earth Meet" and now we have another place to share with others..."Where Heaven and Earth also meet" and it is over the ocean...in sunrises and sunsets, and the laughter of those having fun. We hope you come to Beach Heaven II. We also have a five bedroom condo in Phoenix VII, #729438 we just Beach Heaven. We would love to share our beach paradise with you!

Completely refurnished with a floor plan that provides a wide living and dining space. Beautiful views and on the wonderful fourth floor...truly a magical place.
