Beautifully decorated and updated, Non-Smoking condo boasts every amenity for your vacationing pleasure. Breathtaking Gulf-front views from the den, dining, kitchen, balcony, and master suite. At night, lay in your king-size bed, enjoy the starlight, and let the surf lull you to sleep. In the morning, fix yourself a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins leap from the water and the palm trees sway from your third floor balcony. When you`re ready for the beach, no long hikes are necessary - you can almost feel the seaspray from your balcony! We also have another unit available right next door if you need additional space.

Convenience is key. This is the best location in Orange Beach. Our 1200 square foot condo is right across the street from three supermarkets, great restaurants, discount stores, upscale shopping. (see our map for great dining and entertainment suggestions). Minutes away from more great shopping and wonderful restaurants. Orange Beach is one of the most popular destinations on the Gulf Coast and The Breakers is one of the most popular complexes in Orange Beach. Come see why... You`ll never want to leave!

Enjoyed our stay. The condo is a little outdated, needed an upgrade on the sitting area of living room. Especially the couch - very uncomfortable to sit on - left side of the couch leaning to middle. Not enough comfortable seating area for four peopleThe floor were NOT clean. When walking bare foot on the floor, our feet were black. There was sand on the floor which we swept up hoping that would help with the floor. Vacuum cleaner did not work (we tried)Also could not get the TV to work in the primary bedroom.As said before, other than the few things above, our stay was very much enjoyable. Thank you!

The accommodations were exactly as described. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It has a fantastic view and is super close to shopping and restaurants! Would most definitely stay here again!

Best location in OBA. Walking distance to 3 grocery stores and lots of restaurants and shops. I only had one minor issue when I arrived and Randall responded immediately and resolved it. I’ve stayed at several Breakers units and you cannot beat the roominess of these condos and the view is outstanding!

Fair, The faucet leaked in the bathroom. The place needs a good paint job. Our door had a gap you could hear the wind blow outside, and was cold by the door. The building could be cleaned.

We have stayed at the breakers multiple times but 1st time at this specific condo! It was gray and the host was way to get ahold of! Everything very close by, grocery, liquor store across street and restaurants!

The building itself is a little dated (the unit has an actual key!) and the pool is just ok, but the view and location right on the beach more than make up for the lack of curb appeal. The unit is very clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and stocked with plenty of dishes and linen for a wonderful stay. Location was great and the host was very communicative. I would 10/10 stay here again!
