We love this condo and have stayed multiple times. The location is great with two small children. The condo also has some extra things that are not listed like a pack and play, nets, umbrella, and beach chairs. We look forward to staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay there, it was clean, quiet, and right on the beach and no problems checking in to get into condo. Its a very old unit, but acceptable. Needs updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit needs upgrades and its very plain

Great view - needs some TLC updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sugar Sands Vacation Rentals was great. Will definately book with them again. Summerlin 401 needed some updating/painting, etc. Looked to be roughly used. View was fantastic & location was great!

We love the area. Our stay was nice. I feel like it’s time for some updates on the condo. It’s showing lots of wear and tear. The beds are squeaky and some worn mattresses. Cushions on the balcony are thin and wholly. Not a lot of kitchen ware for cooking and prepping food. The coffee maker makes loud noises when brewing. For the main part it’s an ok place to stay. Cold air and a great view is worth it. Sugar lands rentals were great.

It was clean, but it really needs some attention. They were really nice to work with and the view was great. They had new flooring in the bedrooms, so maybe they are working to repair some things. We have stayed at several of the units at Summerlin and it’s a great location.

Wonderful stay!

Lovely condo steps from beach. Watched dolphins from our balcony. Everything was very comfortable which made for a great Spring Break.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The beach wasn't crowded. The chairs were wonderful. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

Great location

We loved the location as it wasn't crowded. It was just a short drive to Destin. The unit was nice and the view from the balcony was excellent.
