Beautiful 2nd floor beachfront condo w wrap-around balcony @ The Enclave

Welcome to our beautiful home away from home! This gorgeous and spacious 1,600 sq ft, 3 BR, 3 gigantic bath condo sits on the second floor, western corner of The Enclave. It has a large wrap-around balcony that is accessible from the living room, master BR and dining room. The balcony, master BR, living room, dining room, and kitchen all overlook the picture-perfect, white, pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Brand new doors and windows throughout our condo were installed in January 2023! Also new in March 2025, we have a covered, reserved parking spot that is accessible through a private gate (the gate remote will be shared with our guests).
Take a short stroll down the beach to the brand-new beachfront restaurant and bar - CoastAL that just opened in the Spring of '23 ( https://www.coastalorangebeach.com/ ). Or walk across the street to our favorite grocery store, Rouses, and pick up steamed shrimp, crab, and crawfish to bring back and eat on the beach. Rouses is Louisiana-based, and sells everything you need to stock the condo. Some of our favorites include, fresh-made sushi, french bread, chocolate cake, and muffalettas.
The walk to get your feet into that soft sand is very short with no stairs. Being located on the second floor, you have the option to take a quick elevator ride on one of the two elevators, or get a little exercise using the staircase right outside our door. The second floor is also the floor where you can access the pickleball court. On the first floor is a heated indoor pool with bathrooms and sliding glass doors that lead you to the sparkling outdoor pool and sundeck. The outdoor pool was completely re-done in the Fall of 2022 (now includes a zero-entry section and seating shelf), including new polywood pool furniture. There is plenty of room for your group to relax on a lounge chair or even sit at a table under an umbrella and have a little snack. The kids love going from indoor pool to outdoor pool, which is a cinch as the parents can just sit by the doors and watch the kids at both pools. We love that this complex is a low-density building, where you won’t ever feel overcrowded. You can relax and feel secure as we have year-around security, as well as gated beach access.
You will also love the glow of the beautiful pool from your balcony at night. You will love everything about our condo. The open floor plan, living/dining and kitchen space allows for the most beautiful views of the white beaches of the Gulf, where you can watch the dolphins play from the condo. Our condo has plantation shutters throughout to close at night, so you can get a restful night’s sleep, and then open as you wake to the crystal blue waters.
The master BR has a plush king-sized bed along with a flat-screen TV with DVD player. It also has a desk with computer monitor/keyboard, in case you need to "work remotely" - just plug in your laptop computer. And wait until you see the master bath. This massive bathroom is fit for a family. It has a large Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, dual vanity, linen closet, large walk-in closet, and private water closet, along with a vanity and seating area!!
The second BR has a king-sized bed, as well as, twin bunk beds. This room has a large bathroom with a dual vanity and large closet and a separate private tub and shower. This BR also has a flat-screen TV with DVD player.
The final BR has both a queen bed, as well as twin over twin bunks. It also has a full attached bathroom with a shower. This bathroom also has a door to the hall or you can simply lock it to keep it your own private en suite bath.
The fully-stocked kitchen has beautiful white solid surface counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances with a spacious bar that seats six. Your entire family can gather together using the bar and dining table. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning and a yummy pina colada with our provided coffee maker and blender.
Just take a short stroll across the road to Publix or Rouses to pick up some fresh steamed seafood for a night in. Don’t forget a Netflix movie and some ice cream from Dairy Queen just across the road. Why would you want to leave here anyway? There is also a plethora of restaurants and shopping nearby as well.
You also have free WiFi throughout the complex if you want to stay connected. Our unit also includes a full sized washer and dryer.
Speaking of, when you return, just hang your towels and bags on the bead board wall with hooks when you enter our long entry hallway. Don’t worry about a key either; all you need is a code.
Our spacious living room, with its pull out couch and ample seating (3 recliners) is a wonderful place to relax and nap while enjoying the impeccable views and breezes of the Gulf. Our living room also boasts a large 48" flat screen TV with DVD player. The wet bar now has a brand new ice maker ! Finally.. Our family will consider trading the usage of our condo if you have ownership in properties that you can trade. We love to travel to the mountains or other places in the country. Ryan loves to hunt and fish and do other outdoor activities if you have access to those type of properties as well.
