We had an amazing stay at the Beachside Resort Condo! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The waterpark was a huge bonus and made the trip even more fun. Everything was easy and stress-free. The best part, was because of this location, we were able to watch Artemis II launch from the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

Resort meet all my expectations as the pool, lazy river, water slide, and beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean and had all expected amenities. Was a great getaway with the family.

Cocoa Beach area

We loved the resort! The pools and water park area were great. The beach was a short walk or the shuttle was nice. Just wish they had more than one shuttle. Staff was very helpful at the resort. We had a wonderful vacation.

I would definitely recommend renting from Resort Rental Intl! Chris Hinkle was very accommodating and helpful and extremely quick to respond to any question. Will certainly use this company to arrange our next vacation!!

A great trip!

The propery was very clean, all staff members were very friendly and helpful and responded in a timely manner. I appreciate being able to texts requests as it was very easy to do. The resort had many daily activities that we all enjoyed!

Vacation review

Property was very enjoyable, lots to do, didnt have airconditioning fot three nights called front desk , e mailed owner dont know if was ever looked at

Highly recommend

We had a great time and the room had enough space for our entire group of 8, which included a 1 yo and a 4yo. The pool, splash pad and lazy river is were we spent the majority of our outside time but the beach was beautiful if you made the walk, and not overly crowded. The kids loved seeing the cruise ships come and go and we were able to see the rocket launch right from the balcony. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.

Excellent stay in Cape Canaveral

This is a great apartment for a family of four - the bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the trolley to the main part of the resort is reliable. The main pool, with lazy river and slide, was a hit with the kids. You do feel a bit remote - as the location is out by the port. But as a jumping off point for KSC and Disney, it’s great. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Beautiful pool front Condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo looked just like the pictures. The only negative is the lack of a vacuum (but you could request housekeeping to come) and very small washer and dryer. I have 4 kids so I was doing multiple loads a day. Those are the only minimal negatives otherwise I would say it was fantastic! Great location and tons to do. I would recommend this to anyone.

Thank you for staying. The unit you received was an upgrade to the new 2-Bedroom Signature unit. After following up with you, I learned that you were referring to the entrance of the condo that was dark. The staff replaced lighting near the entrance.

Resort Was a Good 3 Star Hotel

The resort property was clean but dated. It needs renovation. The setting of the resort near the beach was excellent. Pool ,lazy river, restaurant and Tiki bar was nice. The was Staff was very friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. The king size bedroom had a mildew smell in it for the entire stay. The rest of the condo was pretty good shape though. Front desk said they were booked so there was no way to relocate to another room. Overall pretty descent experience, other than the room situation.

Spring break

My family and I loved staying at this resort. Everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was plenty of space for my family of 4 that includes a teenage boy. We loved the water park and beach option each day. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk on a nice boardwalk from the main building where we stayed. My family was able to see 2 rocket launches which was one reason why we picked this resort. We also saw gopher tortoises on the beach and sea turtles during our walk on the nearby pier. There are several restaurants on the water nearby. We were able to see several dolphins and pelicans as we dined outside. We were able to see several cruise ships too. Kennedy Space center was only a short 15 minute drive that was worth seeing. We saw several alligators and turtles while we were there. We will definitely be back in the future!!! Thank you for making this spring break a memorable one for my family😁

This year's girls trip was amazing and this unit was perfect for relaxing and unwinding! 5 girls ranging from 58 - 10 yrs of age. Something for each of us to enjoy at the pool area. We relaxed in one of their new cabanas which is positioned poolside. It was perfect. And the kids loved the water slide and lazy river. The beach was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We would totally stay here again!
