Close to everything, this west beach home provides a great location to walk to many of our Santa Barbara favorites. Breakfast at Jeannine's, walks on the beach, wharf, or up State Street, and renting bikes to go along the shore. The beautiful but comfortable decor is very welcoming. The layout of the home provides a nice view and openness while retaining safety and privacy. The comfortable bed, a BBQ grill to cook our farmer's market steaks, and a garage instead of parking on the street were all icing on the cake for a great stay.

Excellent home in perfect location for the beach, Funk Zone and Downtown.PJ was extremely communicative and helpful.The house was very clean and well provided.We will happily stay here again.

The home was beautiful, but the true attraction is its location. A brief walk to the best that Santa Barbara has to offer is all it takes to get to the beach, State street, food, and the funk zone (if you’re looking for a more rowdy time). A small car garage takes away the hassle of street parking, but you’re so close to everything that you most likely won’t even need a car. I stayed here on the 4th of July and it made all the festivities so easy. Can’t recommend it enough.

Wonderful property!

A beautiful place with everything you need. High end decor and very comfortable space. We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is wonderful as well.

This was our second time staying at this unit. It was just as good as the first time. Five star review. The only criticism I might have is if you have someone in your party who can’t negotiate stairs the living room area is a full flight up from the bedroom area and might be tough to negotiate for certain people with disabilities. Otherwise it’s absolutely perfect.

Excellent location

This property is beautifully decorated and in an excellent location. The owner has provided every amenity for guests to have a wonderful stay. Kitchen is well stocked and outdoor balcony and patio are perfect spots to enjoy the sunshine. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

Great location!

The location is great! No need for a car. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host provided excellent check in and out instructions and was quick to respond with questions and any issues with the property.

We stayed in this building once before and liked it so we returned. Street parking was easy as our car is too large for the garage.

This beautiful, well appointed townhouse was the highlight of our Santa Barbara vacation. Aside from the ideal location, the unit was immaculate, and the furnishings were very comfortable. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, with many snack surprises. We had an entry code glitch upon arrival, and the host was immediately available to assist. A We look forward to our next visit.

Lovely Condo/Perfect Location

Not much to add to all the previous reviews. This property is all it's been stacked up to be...clean, cozy, well decorated, and in middle of all the best SB has to offer. We would stay here again, and hope to soon.

This place is so inviting, it feels like home! The location is perfect and the architecture is courteous! It is well managed and clean. Instructions and support of arriving staying and departure are clear and make perfect sense. Thank you, we had a great time!

Very comfortable! Very high end appliances and furnishings. Everything worked well. We used the garage to keep our car off the street. Bed, shower, kitchen couldn’t have been better.

Great Place for short or long stay

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. Very nicely kept and a versatile floorplan with the primary bedroom down with full bath and a half-bath on the second level. Very open kitchen and living area on the second level. High end finish-out. Nice patio overlooking the courtyard. Great place to stay.

Santa Barbara

Loved the neighborhood and the condo. We walked everywhere and felt safe and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We ate a few meals at home and a few out. Excellent property.
