This gorgeous, completely renovated condo on the northern side of ocean city is steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The unit sits on the beach with a full oylmpic size swimming pool private to the complex. Watch the sun rise on the ocean or the sun set over the bay with both ocean front and bay views! The unit sleep 6 to 8 adults comfortably and comes with great amenities such as:

Ocean City Condo

This was a great place to stay, clean and well stocked. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. Conveniently located close to many restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern condo on thw beach

Love this place! This building kding has one of the best pools on the ocean, laid back not crowded, a peaceful relaxing stay, thank you again!

Excellent location, everything was fine.Small interruption for wall repair, but did not interfere with anything we had to do. Maintenance was very pleasant to work with.

Great stay

The unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything one would need. Really enjoyed it! A gem for Ocean City. Unbeatable veiws. The only small annoyance was the loud AC unit in the bedroom noticeable at night when cycling.

Beautiful Location

The condo was the ideal setup with access to sunsets and sunrises. It’s up to date amenities was very inviting. Loved the decor.

End of summer stay

Had a great week at a beautiful condo on the beach, Loved seeing the fox playing in the dunes. The condo was clean and well equipped and we will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful family vacation

Our stay at 10D was amazing. The location was great and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. The proximity to the beach was great and the kids loved the pool. The condo was nice and clean with gorgeous views of the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway spot for the family, both size, location and amenities at the perfect price!

Perfect location, just as we prefer on the northern end of town, especially during our 4th of July stay. Great views on both sides of the condo, of fireworks on both the ocean side and the bay side. Making the weekly stay even better. Will definitely be coming back and hoping to the same exact place.

Perfect all around

Everything about this condo is fantastic. The views are beautiful and the location is excellent. The condo itself is well maintained and provides a perfect relaxing atmosphere. Couldn't recommend it more!

Great week

Stayed for a week at the condo. Well maintained and very clean. Comfortable furniture and plenty of the basics (cooking oil, pots, pans, etc.). Would happily stay there again.

Lovely Condo in North Ocean City

This was our first time renting in High Point North and we will return. The condo was lovely and spacious, the view of the ocean spectacular, the balcony roomy, the beach access easy, and the weather perfect!

Beachfront One Bedroom Unit

Very nice clean unit with beachfront access. View is obviously tremendous. Unit was well stocked. Great access to beach and walking distance to many great stores/restaurants. Pool and building are kept clean and very user friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Great condo

We loved this place! The front room was great for keeping sandy shoes out of the main living area. We loved that you could see the sunrise and sunset without having to go anywhere. Everything was clean and in good condition. We’ll definitely come back next year!

Perfect Beach Stay

Nice location on the beach. Nicely appointed and convenient to a variety of restaurants. The condo was well stocked with everything you need except the food. Owners were responsive and great to deal with. Great view from the tenth floor. Thanks Chris and Emily!

Wonderful stay at High Point North in OCMD!

We just stayed at Chris and Emily's property fewer than 2 weeks ago in August. The condo was absolutely beautiful and provided everything we needed! I communicated with Chris directly for 6 months before our stay and during our stay, and he was always quick to respond, very personable, and extremely helpful! Everything was absolutely wonderful....we will be back (we've already re-booked for next year)!!

Annual Family beach vacation

The location is great. We love the quick easy beach access. Unit has its own spot which is a huge plus. We have stayed in many HPN units. One of the better ones. For the most part clean. View from the balcony is fantastic. Only draw back is the washing of all the bed sheets. Thats a large chunk of the next morning. We would stay again.

Can’t beat the view!

Beautiful place. The view is wonderful. We enjoyed watching dolphins everyday. It was perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked. And not only was it clean but it felt clean! Would definitely come back. Just a heads up if someone does plan on sleeping in the front room you might want to bring a fan. Also the all bedding and towel have to be washed and beds remade before you leave.

Truly spectacular place!

We usually don’t write reviews, but felt we needed to this time. This place is very clean - feeling and smelling - apparent from the moment you walk in. Love the finishes and modern look of everything. Comfy beds and furniture throughout. Love that the balcony floor was nicely finished as well. The only things that were not exactly like the pictures were things that had been upgraded (dining set, swivel chair, etc.). And of course, the view, the reason we chose this spot, is the absolute best part of it all. Thanks Chris and Emily for a lovely stay!

This property was Emily's Grandparents and we decided to purchase it in late 2014 when they decided to sell it. We knew going into it that it was going to be a whole house renovation. So we started in November of 2014 and finished in April 2015. Whether you have coffee on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean, or a cocktail in the den to watch the sunset over the bay, you will understand why we could not pass this opportunity!
