FOUR SEASON cabin situated on 5 acres of Federal Forest with DIRECT ACCESS TO SNOWMOBILE TRAIL on White Iron Lake. Rolling terrain with 400 feet of lakeshore. Located on southern tip of White Iron with western picture perfect sunset views. The location has almost zero boat traffic. Tranquil setting for a summer retreat, cozy getaway in winter, base camp for dog sledding or snowmobiling. AND ONLY 7 MILES FROM DOWNTOWN ELY.
*IN-FLOOR RADIANT HEAT and wood burning stove
*Cabin has two 55" smart tv's with DirectTv and WiFi
*Bedrooms/sleeping loft have window blinds
*Main floor has king bed with full bathroom across hall
*Upstairs has king bed with full bathroom down hall
*Loft has two double beds with access to upstair bathroom
*Modern kitchen with bay windows/lake view
*Covered balcony with charcoal grill/lake view

60 ft dock/west view in wind protected cove for your boat. Walk out, grab a chair, and enjoy a tranquil view and/or toss out a line for cruising pike. Short paddle north passing only 3 piers before entering a string of islands, great fishing at the mouth of the Kawishiwi River.
White Iron is known for its high numbers of walleye, pike, and crappie due to the inflow of water from the Kawishiwi. Bring back some keepers, cook on charcoal grill or on the fire pit.

Beautiful house and scenery! Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Clean throughout. Don’t be afraid of the wood stove for heating- it works great, and there’s in floor heating as well.

This is our 3rd time staying here. This is a great house with lots of space. The owner is very responsive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

We had a nice time staying at this property. The outdoor property was absolutely beautiful and being able to use the canoes and kayaks was great! The water was nice and calm.

Part of property is considered Federal Forest..a quiet place to wander or truly explore. Enjoy NW sunset views from main floor balcony or just sit on a boulder to watch the sun setting.
While we are paddlers more than boaters, both are allowed on White Iron Lake which connects with Farm Lake, South Farm Lake, and Garden Lake. An easy paddle to Kawishiwi River is the perfect destination with ability to canoe direct into the BWCA...a dream come true.
While only 7 miles into Ely, our cabin feels like a million miles from civilization.
