The property of this home is wonderful and so peaceful. A perfect family escape from the noisy hectic pace of living in the city. Joe made sure we had everything we needed and is an exceptional host! We are already suffering from post vacation blues

Large backyard with pool and barbecue is great for family gatherings. Home is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with the necessities. Communication with the host was seamless as he made sure we were familiarized with home operations and the local area attractions as well.

Joe was great. His communication was prompt and so kind. The backyard was a great escape from city life. My family fully enjoyed one beach day and one pool day in San Diego. Long live summer.

Our thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The house was clean and spacious. The backyard was like a resort with many hours spent lounging and swimming. The location was perfect. Close to beaches, SeaWorld, shopping and golf courses.Strongly recommend. Our host was very accommodating and accessible for any questions or needs.

Host is very conscientious about his rental. Puts a lot of thought into making sure everything is set up correctly for his guests. Lots of room and very comfortable.

We had a great stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is a couple of blocks from a nice park (and a great spot for watching 4th of July fireworks, I might add).

Wonderful home and a very welcoming, thoughtful and considerate host. The house is in a scenic and quiet part of Pacific Beach with lots nearby (groceries, restaurants, beach, ...) - very spacious and well-kept, with the highlight being the walled patio and pool area at the back. Joe is a fantastic host, providing everything needed for a fantastic stay and always checking in to make sure everything is going well. Definitely hope to return!

Great get away for family

Excellent stay

We had excellent few days in Joe’s houseThe place exceeded our expectations both with fully equipped short time rental spaces, personal charm and privacy that it offered. Easy commute and close to everything we needed - shops, parks, beaches. Joe offered his expert opinion of best places around. Thank You for making our vacation a gem!

Fantastic Place

We had a great time staying here with 4 adults and 2 kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing, both heated and warmed up very quickly! Location is 15-20 min driving from almost everything you want to visit in San Diego (zoo, beaches, downtown, etc) so very central. Owner was super friendly and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

Great spot for a family

the house is set up perfectly for a family group. The back yard is gorgeous, we spent a lot of time hanging out in the pool playing cards and relaxing. The location was perfect for going down to the beach and close to all the fun San Diego spots.

Lovely heated pool and location

Joes house was perfect for our family getting together. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable beds and large kitchen. Walked to Kate sessions park was so pretty.

Lovely stay

This home was big enough had everything we needed. Pool and spa was fabulous. Location was awesome and close to everything we wanted to do. Owner had excellent communication with us the entire time

Large and fenced backyard

Our pups were happy with the large backyard oasis and we were happy that it was safely fully fenced. We hope to stay again!
