Enjoy the peace and quiet of this location up on the knoll (no street noise or view of Kihei Rd.). Close to two swimming pools - one with a tropical waterfall, tennis courts.
Home Amenities: All ground floor, extra wide unit ,newest building and designed with wide hallways, and huge kitchen . Large master bedroom suite with private tropical lani, two double closets, huge red bathroom with 2 basins and large counters. Bright and cheerful smaller den guest room with queen bed and adjacent bath with walk in shower with shower heads for adults and children. Separate state of the art quiet air-conditioners for each bedroom and living room. Free convenient parking , free new high speed wire less internet, full equipped unit (like home) including with washer and dryer. We have all of the beach equipment and beach toys ,even life jackets for little ones and cooler.

We loved staying at this property and look forward to returning! The condo itself is fully kitted out with everything you need for the beach (e.g., beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler) and for the kitchen (including oils/spices). Very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4, lovely private lanai, and parking right outside our door. Excellent communication from the owner and clear instructions for getting to and entering the condo and property amenities. Pretty landscaping and two pools plus hot tubs on property. Location is excellent- just across the street from Kamaole beaches, short drive to Wailea, and only 25 minutes to the airport. We travelled to all parts of the island from this home base and everything is close by. Thanks for everything Dorothy!

Wonderful, spacious condo

We had a great time at this property. Great location close to everything. Pools were nice, we specifically liked the one with the waterfall! Private ground level lanai was beautiful. Kitchen had all the amenities. The beach supplies were great! Communication was great from Dorothy. The only con I have is the guest bedroom doesnt have a real door and you can hear everything going on in the common area and it is lit up easily by outside light. So it did keep my daughter up when our other guests were in the kitchen/living room. You also have to use the hall closet to hang up clothes, as the guest room has no closet. I would definitely return to this property in the future!

The location and the property were great, the pool area was sort of restrictive and pool is only 4' at the deepest. Overall the trip was great.

Excellent place and location!

I loved this unit not only for the decor but the beds were comfy, place was spacious, and had beach stuff including a boogy board. Pools were beautiful to relax at. In evening we would walk or take short drive to close beaches to watch sunset! AC units in main room and both bedrooms kept us cool. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was located in a beautiful development. Surrounded by tropical gardens, it was a true Hawaiian experience. The process was easy and we would definitely stay there again.

Property was beautiful and very spacious.. had every thing possibly needed for the kitchen.. beach. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and well maintained! Dorothy was an absolute pleasure and great communication! Definitely will be using this property again!!

Excellent condo.

The condo was very modern and spaceous. It included a lot of essential tools in the kitchen, and lots of games & water toys. The patio was perfect for morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning.

Beautiful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved having breakfast on the lanai surrounded by so many lovely tropical plants and flowers. It was a nice location close to beaches, stores and restaurants. The home was beautifully designed, clean and well stocked, esp with beach supplies. Dorothy was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Thank you for making our stay on Maui such a special one!

Nice place to vacation with family

The property was conveniently located to the beach. The kitchen & bathrooms were stocked with the essentials. The place was clean and decorated to match the calm & peaceful environment. The parking was right in front of the condo. Although there was street construction that limited entry or exiting during the day, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Property is as described and pictured. Grounds are beautiful and location in Kihei was great with easy access to many beaches, shops and other sites. Dorothy was very quick to respond to questions and was very helpful.

Perfect Maui Getaway!

This ground level 2 bedroom condo is beautiful and furnishings are lovely. The four of us enjoyed having breakfast in the patio each morning and listening to all the birds. The pools and hot tub in the complex were clean and provided a great place to relax.. it is obvious Dorothy has pride of ownership and she is a great communicator. Check in process was easy. Will definitely come back here for future trips to Maui and will recommend to our friends.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Charges for beach towels without warning that we washed and were left inside the dryer of the unit in the condo. Dorothy reversed the charges, but then I was charged again without notice or comment.

Maui, paradise by the ocean

Maui Kamaloe is the place to stay in Maui! The grounds are lush and looked after professionally. The two pools are clean and usually not that busy, (ocean is to close to spend at the pool). The unit is well within walking distance to the ocean and small shops for souvenirs. Parking is provided right outside your door. The unit has everything required to spend time at the beach for your children or adults - beach chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, sand toys. Definitely look forward to a return trip.

Good location and nice condo.

Pros: Location was great, but mostly chose because my brother lives in the complex. Property was well maintained. Condo was clean and well stocked with beach towels and chairs, laundry soap, sun screen, kitchen well stocked etc... Price seemed fair. Cons: Condo is dated, needs new bedroom pillows, some electrical outlet wouldn't hold a plug and second bedroom was very small with no windows, no closet or dresser in room. Would be fine for kids not so much for adult couple. May not be relevant but our milk soured within 3 days in the frig (both milk and half and half creamer). Could be frig or just quality of milk in Maui.

Outdated

The location and neighborhood were quite good but the condo is quite outdated and needs a good cleaning. Walls and door frames need to be washed and the suite is in dire need of a paint job. The bedroom carpets are old and very dirty and the bathroom towels, which are white, were mostly all dark and stained. The second bedroom is very small, has no windows or closet and is not really suitable for two adults with luggage. On the positive side the kitchen is well equipped and there are several umbrella's and beach chairs for use.

Beautiful, quiet getaway!

Our condo was perfect! Dorothy is a wonderful host and has decorated the property beautifully with everything a family could need and want. We loved being on the ground floor and being able to sit out on the patio. The resort property is very nice, well kept, and peaceful. We were able to walk a bit to the beach across the street. The only downside is that it seems most occupants and guests are above 60+ yrs of age and the pool rules state "No loud noise, no balls." Our boys pointed out that "dad wasn't allowed to go to the pool." This was a huge disappointment being the mom of 2 very active boys. We felt we had to whisper the entire time at the pool, and even felt awkward about making any noise with normal swimming. That certainly wasn't any fault of Dorothy's however. She had plenty of beach toys, boards, fins/snorkels, towels, and other beach items to help us enjoy our time at the beach- which we did immensely!!

Paradise

This place is so cute and in a beautiful area. It is a spacious condo compared to others. We had another party stay elsewhere and when they stopped by, they were amazed at how spacious it was compared to theirs. The people here were friendly too. We took fishing rods and were so lucky because had the rocks by the boat docks right across the street from the condo. It was a perfect location to catch and release. You could see the fishes from the top of the rocks. We had plenty of towels; bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would suggest is to have better pillows. The pillows provided (in the guest room) were flat and not comfortable. Dorothy was very responsive too. We had trouble finding detergent to wash the towels and she immediately resolved the issue for us. Overall we had a great experience here, it was so green and beautiful, shops/restaurants near by, and plenty of beaches in the area.

Beautiful Unit at Maui Kamaole

We just returned from a 2 week stay in Dorothy's wonderful unit at Maui Kamaole. The unit is beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, everything is as it is described by Dorothy-who by the way is very responsive and helpful!. The unit is very large and we enjoyed our meals outside everyday listening to the birds and watching the geckoes and lizards. We also loved how close the waterfall pool was to the unit, just a quick walk, also nice weber barbeques and outside seating was available around the property. Beaches, views, restaurants, shops are all within walking distance. Also, beaches south are a very short drive. We normally experienced 2 beaches a day. We took advantage of the small cooler and beach chairs provided. Favorite beaches were Elua and Maluaka. Take a stroll along the beachfront walkway from Elua Beach to The Shops at Wailea....beautiful. Please don't cancel your trip to Maui. We arrived the day of the worst disaster in the history of the island....the people, despite the devastation and facing more loss than we can imagine, welcomed us with real aloha spirit and on more than one occasion thanked us for staying, helping to keep local businesses/restaurants/food trucks operating while they start to recover and rebuild their Lahaina Ohana. Much Aloha Dorothy, we loved our stay!

. I loved the property and the potential of these new units the minute I saw them. I was born in Hawaii, and this vacation home feels like home to my soul. My family were early settlers in Maui. My grandfather was the overseer of the Lahaina sugar plantation. We all have a great love of this beautiful island. I chose a place like the gorgeous Maui I remembered.
It is one of the most beautiful lush tropical properties on the island with a small boat harbor for trips to snorkrle and canoe just across the street. . The beach to the right, Kamamaole III is perfect for families . It is a long and wide sheltered white sand beach. It has park with picnic tables, shade trees, bathrooms and life guards. It has fabulous sunsets. whales .and Islands. Walk to restaurants, shopping and ice cream and much more .
The beach to the left, Keawakapu beach is one of the most beautiful anywhere with views of islands . volcanos, and whales and you can walk or run to the famous hotels- Grand Wailea , 4 Seasons and the Fairmont .

. I liked the bungalow style units and all the tropical flowers and trees.
We used to stay at the Grand Wailea Hotel, but when I saw these new units up on the lovely knoll, I knew I had found a place I could put my Interior Design skills to work on my Maui home.

The two pools in convenient areas. This unit's pool is the beautiful upper waterfall rock pool with hot spa and an entertaining area poolside with tables, umbrellas and sheltered out door seating and eating area.
The condo is extremely well planned and beautifully furnished in grand modern comfort but a flavor of old Hawaii.. I personally selected furnishings and art from around the world and sent it over in a container. My kind guests have written many generous compliments about the unit .
