Southside A building, steps from beach & pool…clean & comfy
Our first floor condo is just a short walk to the pool or beach. It is an ideal location for families with small kids.
The bedroom has a queen size mattress and is very comfortable. We do have s TV in the bedroom. There is also a small make-up vanity in the bedroom with a chair.
We have a flat 40”TV in the living room/kitchen area, along with a dining table with 4 chairs. This condo has a dishwasher, we supply the soap. We have all the necessities in the kitchen such as toaster, blender, k-cup coffeemaker, etc.
Upon arrival there is a start-up set of towels (6 sets) also there will be sheets for all beds. For you convienence there is smart-card operated laundry room a couple of doors away. We do provide a laundry card so you do not need to purchase one. You can also download the laundry app and operate through your phone. If you choose to use the laundry card provided you can add funds in the laundry room next to the condo.
We have provided beach chairs for your convenience, you just need to bring the beach towels! If you are traveling by plane you can make arrangements to have beach towels. Message me for details.
There is a private balcony where we have a couple of Adirondack chairs......its a great place to sit and enjoy a drink.... There is a picnic area with tables and grills that you can see from the balcony.
Bike rentals are located just outside the security gate on resort property.

Mixx on Main, Pomodoro, Wise Guys, Coastal Capri, Dockside, Nunzio’s, Crazy Crab (north end), Old Oyster Factory, Fishcamp, Frankie Bones and there are many other dining
Best breakfast on the island….Plant ation Cafe!
Tuesday nights in the summer there are fireworks display at Shelter Cove Marina which is close by....
Island Explorers has different boat tours that you can choose from, Tuesday fireworks is one of them! The tours leave from Old Oyster Factory dock on Marshland Road.
They do have a fireworks cruise on Tuesdays so you can fight the traffic and watch from the water!

Clean and cozy vacation spot. Host had clear communication. Unit and furniture are older, the bed could use updating. Overall very good stay!

Great stay, absolute perfect location. Room was very accommodating w/fully stocked kitchen. Amazing golf, beautiful beach just steps from the room. Can’t wait to come back to explore more of Hilton Head.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! I highly recommend anyone to check it out. The location is spot on to the beach and pool area. Check in was so easy and communication with the owners was above and beyond!

Great value! We enjoyed the easy access to the pool and beach areas from the unit! We had a 12 and 8 year old and they enjoyed the trip very much. The host was extremely on top of things and had great communication. Some updates definitely wouldn’t hurt but I’m sure that would impact the value pricing. I think if you go in knowing this is an older unit but overall very clean, you’ll be pleased. The unit was stocked and we had what we needed. Lots of beach items to use and plenty of towels stocked. I recommend parking to the left of Building A at the second stairs from the beach and you’ll walk directly to the door of the unit! We ordered from the restaurants for lunch and dinner a few times and they were great. Lots of family friendly activities at the pool for kids of all ages. We were surprised there was something every day for them. The pool is large and never felt overcrowded. Great security at the facility and all staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay overall.

It wasn’t necessarily beach view, but it it literally a 3-4 minute walk from the door to the sand.

Great for family with young children
Property manager and communication was fantastic. Resort is a bit outdated but ocean front which is a plus. Overall great place for a family with young children.

The property was clean. Bed was OK...nothing like home. Small with a 32" TV. The hanging blinds over the balcony... closure rod is disconnected. Blinds DO NOT close tight so we had to watch the tv in the dark or be in a fishbowl on the 1st floor.I searched for water front, water view...somehow we ended up looking at a parking lot.How this place got such a high rating with "exceptional", I'll never understand. "Expensive and Adequate" would better describe it. Never heard of a place where you had to empty all your trash baskets and take with you. (10.00 for any unemptied bin), plus 25.00 to wash off sandy toys at the beach shower...whaaaat?Host was responsive during rental booking. Won't be back. Rented way nice for less.

Great Place to stay
My family and I had a great trip here. The location is Prime. You're right next to the beach just quick walk over the bridge to the beach and you're there. A couple of restaurants onsite. You can see the ocean from the condo and you get great light on the balcony.

The property is a little old, but very well maintained. It’s close to many beaches and has a nice pool. Check in was a breeze. Our villa was clean and well stocked. Our only issue was that the couch desperately needs to be replaced.

Great location. Accommodations were fine.
Management was easy to work with, very attentive.
Bring your bike there’s many trails.
Southern exposure so beautiful warm sunshine.
Would do it again.

Cozy and Lovely
The owner took care in the details. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. A goodie basket of snacks welcomed us when we walked in and even had gluten-free items! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the owner provided Dawn Dishwashing Liquid and a cute fish sponge too. It's close to the beach and next to a rank to the sand. Lovely experience and we will come back again!
