Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with queen size bed, and adjoining bath. Two bunk beds built into the hallway (can close door to separate the living room). Living room with queen sleeper, 55" Flatscreen HDTV and Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats four.
This is a 1st floor unit only steps away from parking and only 8 steps to the unit. You are only 100 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

NEW STARTING JANUARY 1, 2024: The complex now charges $35 per pass that is good for your entire stay, but keep this in mind if you request more than 1 pass. This will be part of the rental fee, listed as parking.

I stayed at the condo with my two sisters. We go away once a year. We loved the property! We just walked out to the boardwalk and down to the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to restaurants and activities. I highly recommend it!

Clean, just as described, 1st floor, close to beach and pool, food on site was great, parking was easy...only thing I wish there were beach/pool towels, we flew and didnt have room to pack them...host was easy to work with, would stay again!

The location on the 1st floor and being the end unit was great. It made it easy to load and unload luggage and beach cart at the end of the day. The resort itself was awesome. Everything was within walking distance. The unit was a little small but the 2 of us made it work. Some juice size glasses would be nice and maybe a new fry pan.Would definitely stay here again. And Coconutz Bar was awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Hilton Head! It was very comfortable and, while cozy, it was the perfect size for our family of three. The location was fantastic—just a few steps from the beach—which made it incredibly convenient to come and go throughout the day.Check-in was seamless, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches provided by the owners. Having beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart available for our use was a huge plus and made our beach days so much easier. The condo was also well stocked with plenty of towels, dish detergent, sponges, and other essentials, which made us feel right at home.Thank you for helping make our Hilton Head vacation such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place in a fantastic beach location!

Location is great to experience the beach but tide is very high so not much room to lay out on a beach chair until tide goes back out. Pool was great and large enough where there was no crowding, bar/food area was also great.

Perfect Hilton Head stay!

Loved this property! Easy walk to the beach and the main pool. Amenities on site, we ate at both restaurants and were pleased with both. The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and I, plus our 1 year old.

Perfect little stay

This was our first time at Hilton Head and this property was the perfect location and size for our family of 3. The property is so close to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend.

Always a great time. Easy beach access, easy unloading and loading being a first floor unit. Convenient location makes for an all around great trip every time.
