Good place to sleep at

We liked this place, it was quite small, but it had great outdoor bbq area with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Would rent it again. Thanks!

Great Location

This is a cute little condo that is in a great location! It is close to shops, farmers market, and food. The back area is a cute little oasis on the ocean. There is not a bad view. If you don’t have ocean views you have the mountain views, simply breathtaking.

Lovely place May 25-June 2

I recently stayed at this location. It was exactly as advertised. It was perfect. Walking distance to coffee and convenience store. Walking distance to the beach. A short drive to the grocery store. Near to Lahaina harbour - lots of shopping and restaurants. Had a couple of issues - the fridge, tv/wifi. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time to assist with the issues. Loved the location. I would stay again

Very nice

The location is great. The unit was nice and clean and enough for a small family. The kitchen has all the utensils needed. The towels were nice and clean. The unit also had beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board. Only one small inconvenience we experienced was that there was no hot water for the first 2 days of our stay. After contacting the property manager, it was fixed in 48hrs. All in all, the unit was great!

Loved the room!

The room was beautiful and i loved the location. Close to beaches and shops. Quick drive to the shopping areas. Pool was nice. Property was not super impressive but who cares. Its vicinity to all the fun places was perfect. No real beach access on the property but a beach is 2 blocks down the road. I loved the full kitchen and free beach chairs and coolers left for us to use! My one critique was i wish the shower had a door. Its a walk in with a half glass panel so when my kids shower there is a large puddle on the floor after. Honestly though thats such a small critique i hesitate to mention it. But maybe it would save you from havint to replace moulding in the future. Your communication was great and i had a great time! Thankyou!!!

Comfortable clean condo

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo! The bed is very comfortable and it had a good amount of space for my husband and I. You can easily walk or drive down the road to the coffee shop, Fish market, and grocery store. The location is not the best for ocean swimming, but we like to rent a car and explore different beaches around the island so it didn’t bother us too much. It was very clean and was an easy check in/check out.

Nice , clean , little condo ! Photos of the unit and property are dated . The beach wall has deteriorated to a point that there is no access to the water at this property and it is roped off where the photos show the barbecue’s ,so that is not accurate! We enjoyed our stay , no beach or water access in front of the condo complex was a disappointment but that would be our only complaint. Loved Maui , the whales ,and the beaches are not far away !

Aloha We apologize that you weren’t satisfied with the location. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do about the quality of the beach. Sometimes it is there one day and gone the next, depending on the swells, though it can return just as quickly. We do what we can to give our guests advanced notice of shoreline restoration projects or other potential inconveniences, but sometimes areas are changed before we can adjust the photos. We have taken down the pictures of the BBQ area until they have them repaired. Hopefully, you enjoyed the rest of your time on Maui. Please know that we value and appreciate your feedback. Mahalo.

Exceede Expectation

Your accommodation exceeded my expectations. The unit was comfortable, clean, and provided great value for a last minute holiday booking! Although the exterior building is older, the unit is remodeled very nicely and there are lots of extra amenities like beach chairs and beach towels. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The place was great!! Highly, highly recommend it!

Had such a good stay here! The place is in the perfect location. Just down the street from great food, and a fantastic coffee spot. Also minutes drive from kapa lua bay and kanaapali. The property managers were also amazingly good to deal with. We had a couple of unexpected requests for them that they by no means had to accomodate, but they did, and were incredibly nice and helpful. I'm absolutely looking forward to booking here again the next time I'm in Maui!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely updated apartment close to kaanapali beaches and walkway. Facing the mountains and the street but that's fine. Perhaps traffic was somewhat noisy during the day but we were out every day. Air conditioner was much appreciated - many properties don't have one. We had our morning coffee on front lawn with ocean view where chairs were available. Had to check something with property manager on check in day and she promptly and congenially returned my call. I loved the Hawaiian art and king size comfy bed. Close location to market garden and Tymes grocery store. Quiet complex, laundry room available on main floor and easy parking. We would defiantly come back.

Disappointed in noisy condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Maui was wonderful, as usual. The location of the condo was great and we loved going to Bad *** Coffee, the farmer's market, and the Fish Market, and going to Kahekili beach. However,we were disappointed in our condo. The bathroom towel rack was broken off the wall, the mattress was very soft, and gave us sore backs, and the traffic and sounds from the front of the building were very loud, and kept us awake much of the night. The carpet on the lanai was so dirty, we couldn't even go out on it. On the plus side, we found the kitchen to be well equipped, (although the kettle should be replaced with an electric one so people don't burn themselves taking it off the burner) and the condo was a good size. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again, or recommend this condo to family and friends.

It was perfect close to everything walk to the bad *** coffee and market just down the street which is right across from a beach. The suit was perfect for me. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The beach was calm and you could actually swim in it. And it was quiet. Loved it will definitely be back and have recommended to several of my friends already!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything is exactly as you see on the pictures and better. It is very well equipped. Very relaxing, very clean. Great location, Lahaina is the place to stay while visiting Maui. I only wish I could go back and stay.
