Great Holiday Getaway!!!!

Our apartment offers two bedrooms, a full kitchen and Free Parking. Located in the middle of great shopping and fine dining. A five minute walk down to the beautiful Waterfront Park on Little Traverse Bay where you can stroll along the lake, take in a softball game, picnic while taking in fantastic sunsets or ride your bike for miles along the shore of Lake Michigan. It is a boating, fishing and golfing paradise.

While location is great, if you need to be in town for some reason and have a parking spot, this stay was just okay. Beds were super uncomfortable. Had to spend my vacation sleeping on a couch. The table isn’t very usable because the chairs are too high so you can’t really put your legs under. Navigating the parking spot and the in and out wasn’t awesome, but doable. I’d say the best part was that you really couldn’t hear much of anything. The apartment is pretty sound proof which is unusual for city buildings and we appreciate the quiet at the end of the day.

The location is excellent. All the locks need a little getting used to, but it's a nice location in downtown Petoskey - would certainly stay there again.

Our stay was amazing and the location could not have been more perfect! Had a couple of questions for the owner and she was super responsive and nice. We will definitely be staying again soon!

What a great little place! Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment is super cute, clean and has everything you need. Check in process is so simple, same with checkout. We had a wonderful time in Pektoskey, thank you!

Excellent stay

The apartment was great! Comfortable beds, Outstanding location, parking included. The photos do not do it justice. Exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

I generally hate posting reviews or contacting hosts during a stay because this trip was for me and my family and I prefer not to have anyone get involved in our time together so I waited until after checkout. The unit had multiple cleanliness and maintenance problems including dead flies by the window spider mite nests on the kitchen windows and a dead insect that looked like a June bug on another windowsill. The toilet ran constantly and never stopped. Getting inside required three different doors and six separate locks. The stairwell hallway had disgusting carpet and what appeared to be a homeless person living there after the first door. The parking area was covered in broken glass. On the morning of checkout power washing outside caused the windows to leak and soak everything we had sitting against the wall. Overall the property fell well short of basic expectations and I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Softball Tournament

This place was the perfect location for my husband's softball tournament at Bay Front Park. The kids (7&4) and I could easily walk back and forth. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

We had a great weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay. This sweet little place has it all. It’s in a perfect location, walking distance to all that downtown Petoskey has to offer. Also a short drive away to many other attractions and places nearby. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Petoskey!

Perfect location and size for our family of 5.

We really enjoyed staying here. Great location in Downtown, easy to get to shops and the Mariana. Very clean, very quite and cozy. We will be referring others and staying again.

Perfect little getaway in Petoskey!

Wonderful downtown location! Perfect for walking all around town and not too far of a drive from other great attractions like Petoskey state park. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Side note: great water pressure in the shower.

We absolutely loved this apartment in downtown Petoskey! It was convenient to everything and wonderfully appointed. The pictures don’t do it justice! Would definitely come back here to stay.

We just finished renovating our apartment this Spring. For the person who wants to be in downtown Petoskey, our location can't be beat. Although we offer one of the only free parking down spaces downtown, you really don't need a car to enjoy your stay with everything within walking distance. We especially enjoy spending time strolling along the beach, or having a picnic as the sun sets over beautiful Lake Michigan. Another favorite pastime is boating on Walloon Lake, one of Michigan's most beautiful lakes. Along with great shopping and dining the area offers the visitor a myriad of activities that will satisfy all your needs and interests.
