The condo was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was clean and check in process was easy. The location is great approx middle of Petosky and Harbor Springs - both towns are beautiful and full is shops and restaurants. The only issue was there is no AC and I assumed in a previous write up it went out - not the case - there is no ac. There are a lot of windows and you do get a cross breeze but for my own liking AC was a missing perk I wish it had.

We had an overall good experience staying at this rental property. We couldn’t tell from the listing that it’s actually a condo with several other units around. That didn’t pose too much of a problem however, just a little issue with parking and another renting person but all was figured out quickly. There is no air conditioning in this unit which of course was only a problem as we were there during a historic heat wave. The property had several fans which worked fine. The property location is great!! Very close to downtown Petoskey, the brewery, wineries, Harbor Springs, Petoskey State Park etc. Also, each bedroom has a full en suite bathroom which you just never get in a rental. Full kitchen was great. We would stay here again just for the location and bathroom setup alone!

Great place!

Had a great time. We split our time between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and this was right in between. We'll definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect. The quietness and privacy were wonderful. Loved that both bathrooms have their own full bathrooms.

Perfect place to stay

This condo was a perfect place for us this past week, as we spent time in the area. its was a safe, quiet, and comfortable place that was easily accessible to our adventures. Loved being next to the State Park.

Wonderful Stay

Have to agree with other reviews that the cleaning service is not catching everything, but the overall comfort and quality of the condo and surroundings more than made up for it. Wonderful place and hosts! Highly recommend!

This is a clean and comfortable townhouse in a great location. It's just a short drive from downtown Petoskey, and the beach is practically next door. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean and have decent water pressure i the shower, and there is plenty of space for a group of adults. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we appreciated the 12-cup coffee pot so we could make a bunch of coffee at once each morning.

Great condo in an excellent location

Loved that the condo was half way between Petoskey and the ski slopes. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place with everything we needed

The Owners were very helpful before our stay and then answered a couple questions we had upon arrival. The property is very well-maintained and the furnishings are all lovely. We'll definitely stay here again on another visit to Petoskey.

This is a beautiful condo. The location is perfect between Harbor and Petoskey and right next to the State Park. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will be back!!

Great location

We were there for a big family reunion in Petoskeybut we had parties in Harbor Springs during our stay. This is the perfect ;ocation for access to both towns, the bike path and the beach. Great value!!!
