The condo is roomy. It is perfectly clean. It is a short walk to the shore of Lake Michigan. We bring our Ebikes and enjoy riding all the trails.

We loved our stay at Jeffrey's place! It had everything we needed and more. The location was amazing- a quick walk to Petoskey State Park or down to Petoskey Brewing. We can't wait to come again!

We loved our stay at this property. It was just as described and the host was very responsive. The location is perfect to visit the state park, especially if you bring bikes. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay near Petoskey!! The property listing was accurate (which is not always the case). It was so clean, well-maintained, updated with both a front and back porch both of which we used. Over the past several years we have stayed at a total of four different properties in that area. This was by far the best!!

Nice area to get in and out of. Walkable to different locations, if you like to walk.Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Close to the beach and very quiet when we were there. Would stay again if in the area. The location to highway without hearing the noise of busy street.

The Condo is absolutely beautiful. They remodeled the entire place just a couple years ago. The two bedrooms are upstairs and each of them have their own attached bathrooms. There is also a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There is a porch outside the back door that is surrounded by woods. The National Park is within walking distance and you are only minutes away from downtown Petroskey. We were in town for a wedding, but are considering coming back in the future and would absolutely stay in this condo again. Bob, the neighbor to this condo was very friendly which also made our stay pleasant. Thank you Jeff and family for a great experience.

Condo was in a great location right next to the state park and centrally located to explore Petoskey and Charlevoix. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed!

This unit has been remodeled and it is amazing! The new HVAC system makes it very comfortable. Just as described everything you may need is provided. Jeff responds quickly if you need anything. I have 4 stars for cleanliness only because we like to sit outside and the back deck table and chairs needed a little attention but we got that taken care of. Front porch is lovely for coffee in the morning. It was a great experience and we will return!

Great location

We love this location as it’s close to Petoskey and Harbor springs with excellent walking trails and bike trails. Also close to beach at state park.

Second time staying at this property. Location is great and near family and state park. Clean, comfortable and has AC! We enjoyed voyaging out to see family and the surrounding area in the day but really treasured just relaxing in the condo at night in such comfortable accommodations.

Great Petoskey rental

We planned to do various activities and this was a great location to come and go from. Walking distance into the State park for sunsets was a plus.

Perfect Condo for Beach Goers

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and was perfectly located! We love going to the beach and this condo was perfect for that! It was an easy drive to downtown and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay at this condo

Perfect location for touring the area. Very clean condo- well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room and bed room. The proximity to the state park is wonderful. It is also in a lovely, quiet area- and close to good restaurants and grocery stores.
