This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for families or groups of up to eight. It’s located near the south end of Breckenridge on Highway 9 near the Breckenridge Ice Rink – a great choice for a fun family outing – or, take the easy stroll to Main Street. It’s even a short walk to see Isak Heartstone, Breck’s large-scale, wooden troll sculpture!

The large, open living room welcomes you as you enter; you’ll love the beautiful gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. There are two expansive balconies located off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular views of the ski slopes and Baldy Mountain. Of course, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight at the dining table.

Other amenities include covered assigned parking spaces, private laundry, elevator service and complimentary Wi-Fi. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Comfortable and convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location and comfortable. We really enjoyed reading and drinking coffee on the patio in the morning! Gorgeous view of the mountains! We had a few maintenance requests including a bathroom faucet not working, a kitchen faucet that needed to be secured, and the dryer was giving us alarms that we were not familiar with. Upon reaching out to maintenance we were given steps on how to fix these issues ourselves. These were not issues we could fix ourselves nor should we have been asked to fix. Once maintenance came, they were unfriendly and seemed agitated that we asked for them to come. Would definitely stay again with hopes of not needing maintenance!

The heated pool was not warm enough for small children and they could not use hot tub, we brought swim wear we didn’t get to use. The rooms were great and enjoyed our views and location

My friends and I stayed here and we thought the property was great! Easy check in process and everything was clean and ready for us. We enjoyed the amazing view from the balcony.

Great!

We loved our stay here! Easily fit 6 adults. Walkable to town or can easily take the bus which was super helpful for bringing ski gear to and from the mountain. Lots of kitchen utensils, towels, and gorgeous view. Would recommend!

Great Stay!

Only thing that I would change is a later checkout time. We felt 10am was a little early especially having a later flight out.

Mostly get what you pay for

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is pretty much a 'you mostly get what you pay for' situation - the place is pretty nice and the location is great, with a dedicated shuttle stop at the condo entrance that makes it easy to get into town pretty quickly. There were a few kind of annoying parts related to booking, etc. For example, almost every place I've booked on Airbnb/Homeaway lets you pay in full with your credit card as part of the booking process. Here, they only take the deposit and then you need to mail a check unless you want to pay a 3% convenience charge. Then, when you arrive, rather than utilizing the keybox right outside the door of the unit, you have to go to the management service's office to pick up the keys and info packet, and then return them to the rental office on your way out of town at the end of the trip. Not the end of the world, but a little less seamless than most rental experiences these days.A couple things worth flagging about the unit itself:-There's only enough hot water for 2-3 showers within an hour or so. I didn't have a hot (or even warm) shower all weekend until the morning we left. -If you arrive after normal business hours to pick up your keys/welcome packet, it won't include a keycard to access the pool/hot tub - you'd have to return to the office during business hours to get that. When I called to ask about it, I was told this was because if they'd given us it, we'd be liable if anyone took it and did damage. I don't really understand how that is any different than giving us the keys to the unit itself, but that's the explanation I was given and we didn't end up getting to use the hot tub as a result.

Thank you for your feedback Tom. I apologize about the issues that you had with the property and with our processes. There are many alternatives to the issues that you did have, such as paying in full instead of only paying 25%. You are always welcome to pay in full, we just try to accommodate people needing extra time to get their funds together. If you ever have any questions about "why" something is the way it is, we are always able to answer that or try to accommodate your requests. Thank you again for your feedback Tom.

Very nice apartment, very well equipped, good communication from Summit Rentals. A little far away from the center and grocery store. There's a bus that takes you there and to the slopes but it's a little long circuit. If you are willing to walk it could be a better alternative

Great Summer Family Stay

The condo is located just off Main Street so a little quieter but close to the action. We liked the short hiking trail right on property. The Mountain View was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed...kitchen fully stocked, beds were comfortable, tons of board games, in unit laundry, plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I have, and why I did not give a 5 star overall was we were not told the pool/hottub facility that was originally advertised, was not open. After a long day on the slopes, that was not ideal. But the convenient location/bus stop was great, the place was well supplied, and the place was very home-y feeling.
