Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a great choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Trailview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. You and your group will love this place!

This lovely 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families and groups of up to four people. The living room is a cozy gathering place for everyone in your group to enjoy the flat-screen above the corner gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table with room for four, and there is room for two more at the breakfast bar. Stepping outside onto the deck, you’ll find great mountain views and a gas grill for a nice BBQ after your mountain adventures.

Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We have stayed in several mountain side condos over the years. It is a very quiet area close to the bike path and hiking. Nice place to get away to.

Family Retreat from the Heat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The condo did provide many amenities in the kitchen. We did not enjoy the beds both were very uncomfortable nor the dirty floors when we arrived.

Property management was poor, arrived to dishes put away dirty, appliances like the coffee machine with layers of grime inside like it has never been cleaned, a multitude of other blemishes, hard to be confident if the sheets had even been changed based on first impressions, property management was disinterested when contacted. Otherwise no complaints.

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. We walked to main st Frisco for dinner. Short drive to Breck, and Abasin. The condo had more kitchen appliances than listed which was great. Ooo and a Walmart is near by for groceries. The best part was that there is a trail system right out the door of the condo! Was perfect for us!

Frisco Trip

Liked the location and the view from the deck. However, the refrigerated made an aggregating noise when the compressor kicked in and several times woke us up during sleep. Also, the dishwasher leaked. We also bought febreeze as it just smelled old in there.

Empty Nestcation & showing Mom the mountains

We dropped our youngest at college and headed for the mountains and took our mother with us, who had never seen mountains. Perfect condo, close to town and lake. Very clean

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s a great location within a short walk to downtown and some beautiful trails. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tubs.

Summer escape to the mountains

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property is in a great location. Far away enough from downtown to have more of a nature feel but also not too far away as you can still walk to downtown. Loved the bike path behind the property and enjoyed the close hiking options as well. Property was spacious, comfy, and well equipped. The only downside was that the fireplace was out of commission during our stay. Management company was very easy to work with and very responsive to any needs.

Frisco Getaway at Trailview Condo

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to Colorado to meet up with two other sisters and spouses who stayed at a different condo there. We only had time for a short stay but would have been great for a longer stay as well. Online pictures don’t do unit justice. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, nice amenities

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Frisco and found this condo to be in a great location. We also used the pool and hot tubs, which were nice and nicely landscaped. The only negatives were the comfort of the bed in the loft, and the noise from the unit above waking us in the night. I think maybe they were doing laundry or something with a lot of water running 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Otherwise, everything was great and as advertised.
