This condo has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs - only a few 2-bedroom units here have AC. This is also the only condo resort in Poipu on a sandy beach! Other condos are on a rocky shoreline or a long walk or drive to the beach. This beautiful and spacious 2-level garden view condo was completely updated. Tile flooring throughout, kitchen and bathrooms with stone counters, furniture, window treatments, bedding, etc. Kiahuna Plantation is a 35 acre resort located on Kauai's world famous Poipu Beach. Kiahuna's sensational gardens, lawns and tropical atmosphere make it an irresistible vacation destination! The sunny south shore offers a perfect holiday all year long. The east shore (Kapaa) is windy and the north shore (Princeville, Hanalei) is the rainy side and there are no condo resorts directly on the sand like the Kiahuna. Spend your vacation on the sunny side of Kauai !!

Everything you need is included - linens, bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, 55" flat screen tv, beach chairs/towels, and all resort amenities including on-site office, security, maintenance, housekeeping, pool, waterslide, jacuzzi, gym, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, golf courses, outdoor bbqs.

Rated #1 beach by Travel Channel and USA Today. Enjoy the sunny south shore with beautiful tropical grounds, orchid gardens, lush greenery and large grassy areas. This is traditional plantation style Hawaii at its best... not a typical high rise hotel resort. You can spend your entire vacation here without getting into your car. Walk to snorkeling, surfing, restaurants, shopping, market, pool, tennis, golf, luaus and other activities. Relax on the beach or sit on the grassy area next to the sand. This resort provides free beach chairs/loungers, beach towels and rents all water sports equipment. Surf lessons available here as well. 2 premiere golf courses. Kim was excellent to work with. Communicated well, gave fantastic recommendations, and was very helpful and easy to work with. The property was clean, nice, and in a good location. No hiccups on our stay, though construction outside the facility made walking with a stroller to the pool/across the street amenities a challeng. Very thankful for the late checkout option. Would stay at this facility again, though would look for a unit a little closer to the beach.

We really enjoyed this spacious corner, two bedroom with its private second story lanai. We’ve stayed at Kiahuna dozens of times and this is one of the nicest rental units. It’s in a central location— easy walk to the beach, Kiahuna Sunrise Cafe, Poipu Shopping Village, Little Fish, and Poipu Athletic Club. AC was great but we also got a cross breeze upstairs by opening the sliding door and window shutters.

Very comfortable space, Kim was very welcoming, and proximity to beach and restaurants was ideal. Very easy place to stay and take in everything Kauai has to offer. Mahalo, Kim!

Kim has a few rentals at KP that has bed space for 3 in the 2nd downstairs bedroom. We have rented from Kim in the past 4 years for this reason and have never been disappointed.

Great location and loved easy access to the sandy beach. Property has everything you need to relax and enjoy. We walked to several restaurants and nearby beaches or a just short drive to more. Communication from Kim was excellent with so much helpful info and lots of recommendations.

The condo is bigger and roomier than it appears in photos. We had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 5, plus host dinner for our extended family totaling 12 people. Kiahuna is a beautiful property. The beds were comfortable and the garden view was beautiful.

Knives were very dull. Aging nonstick pans should be replaced with stainless steel. Larger coffee mugs would be nice.Overall, we loved the condo, grounds, and pool. Nice to have a double bed in the smaller bedroom.

Glad you had a great holiday! Thanks for your feedback. Will replace knives and pans when we are there in April/May. In the meantime there is a knife sharpener in one of the drawers. Hope you can go back to Kauai again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit is HUGE with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We especially appreciated that the second bedroom had both a twin and a queen. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (including a rice cooker, ziplocks, spices, etc.) and there was a ton of beach gear to use. The grounds were beautiful and we were delighted with the location and proximity to the beach. But what made this unit absolutely shine was the host. "Auntie Kim", as the front desk called her, went so far out of her way to take great care of us. She provided a map of the complex ahead of time, helpful insider hints for nearby activities, local markets, etc. Her communication was absolutely impeccable. When Kim discovered we had a late flight home, she OFFERED the possibility of a complimentary late check out (if no one else was checking in on the same day). We have stayed at countless vacation rentals all over the world and this is the first time I have ever had a host proactively offer a late checkout. Not only that, a few days prior to our departure, Kim INITIATED an email to reception to ask for a late checkout for us. We were amazed and so grateful! We cannot recommend this host highly enough. Stay with Kim!

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is great and it’s very comfortable. We were grateful for the A/C. very close to the Sheraton. We ate there a couple of times and used some of their amenities too, including the luau.

Wonderful stay!

This property was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Calm waters and easy surfing for beginners at the beach. Loved the beach hut with affordable rentals! The unit was spacious and fit our group of 5 well! Also loved having boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkel gear provided! The resort pool across the street was lots of fun for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Poipu!

We loved staying here in Poipu. The property was beautiful, the condo was spacious, and the location was perfect! The property manager was also very quick to respond and her information and local recommendations were very helpful when planning our vacation. This was a great condo for our kids because of the outdoor grass area for them to run around on and the easy walk to the beach and the pool. We would definitely want to stay here again.

We have lived in Southern California our entire lives, raising our two sons in San Diego. We love spending our vacations in Hawaii and other tropical locations. We started bringing our kids to the Kiahuna Plantation when they were young. It was such a gorgeous and easy place to vacation that we just kept going back!

This is our favorite Hawaiian island - its lush greenery and tropical vegetation is a tropical paradise! The Kiahuna is the perfect place for families, fun and relaxing without the crowds of Waikiki or Maui !!

This is a unique low-density resort with large open grassy areas, gorgeous tropical gardens and traditional Hawaiian plantation style condos - not your typical high rise hotel. With approximately 1584 square feet/147 square meters, there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax in this well-appointed condominium. Right across the street is a mini-market for stocking the fridge, as well as restaurants and shopping. This beautiful beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing right out front, with on-site rentals, surf lessons and free beach chairs/loungers and towels. Just a few steps to golf and tennis as well.
