Cute little cabin in the woods. Great place to unwind and be in nature. There is a trail that brings you straight to the spring. We brought our kayak so we could get to Ginnie Spring. Maryann was a great host!

This place is amazing! 3 springs within walking distance of the cabin, We saw deer roaming around the area. We didn't have much phone signal here but we enjoyed that! If you need to go out shopping, you wont have to drive far. The host is great and really provides everything you need inside the cabin. We went tubing down the river a few times in our own floats but a near by place you can rent canoes. If you bring your dogs, make sure you have some tick protection! Can't wait to go back!!!!

This is a great little rustic cabin in the woods. It is private with the springs just right down the path. The front porch is so relaxing and peaceful. We saw deer, a tortoise, a raccoon and even an owl. It was like camping with the bonus of a shower and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and the shower nice and hot. We didn’t use the kitchen/cooking area as this was our base camp but it seemed to have everything that was listed. Maryann, the host, is very welcoming and communication with her was an A. We would definitely stay here again.

My and my 2 dogs had a great, quiet, and peaceful stay at the cabin. It was perfect for one person. The host Maryann was very kind and answers all of your questions promptly. Definitely bring bug spray and make sure you have "water shoes" or non-slip deck shoes as suggested, as being down by the river can be slippery on the rocks. The nearby town High Springs was so laid-back, and is as cute as can be, and everyone was so friendly. I would definitely recommend! - James G.

Host was very communicative and welcoming. The cabin is small but very comfortable and well outfitted. The location was absolutely wonderful.

Our stay was absolutely magical! This is our second visit to this wilderness wonderland. The property offers the perfect blend of comfort and ultimate privacy. MaryAnn and Dave go above and beyond to make the home welcoming. The home is within walking distance of Rum Island Park and boat launch as well as some of the most exceptional springs and views on the Sante Fe River are literally right in the back yard. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. We will definitely be back!

We truly loved our stay, best place to disconnect & enjoy some peace, location was a short walk to river. Highly recommend checking out, taking some time away from hustle and rush of daily life taking some peaceful time to take a deep breath.

Loved the cabin and location! Very convenient to the springs. Rum Cabin was well stocked with every need. Managers were extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
