One of a kind, fully remodeled home with high end finishes and furnishings and a 75" LG smart TV. Every detail is perfect in this like new river home. Back deck sets 25 feet off the Santa Fe River and the property has a private dock. Small boat ramp just several hundred feet away is perfect for launching kayaks, jet skis or small boats. (Boater warning! shallow areas / shoals.) This is the ideal destination for kayak trips to see the many area springs including Ginnie, Gilchrist Blue, Rum Island, Ichetucknee and more.

Kayaks included! Two brand new sit on top, fishing kayaks are included for guests.

Must get approval for group events prior to booking. Additional fees apply.

Very nice, quite relaxing and well maintained property. Would recommend. Easy check in & out. Kitchen had everything we needed and the firepit on patio was perfect to watch the distance lighting as a slight cool front blew in on our last evening. The patio offers everything, sun, shade, fan, grill, high chairs so you can watch the river above the railing, rockers and gas firepit.

This was our second stay in this home and it will definitely not be our last. We love this property, it is peaceful and serene. The home is clean, well appointed, and well stocked. So many springs to explore and enjoy! Perfect home to enjoy the real Florida, not the touristy Florida.

The deck and view were sublime! It will make you fall in love with the river, refreshing springs and lifestyle this part of Florida has to offer. We grilled, swam, snorkeled, tubed, hiked, explored, and caught up with the locals. It was delightful. This home is laid out and appointed really well and provided everything we needed to kick back and enjoy our getaway immediately. Thanks, Mark, for the cool digs and friendly ongoing communication. We will remember it all fondly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Santa Fe River Front Luxury retreat. The property was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.The best part was how peaceful and relaxing it was. We loved having the beautiful river view all the time.The location is perfect, with easy access to several amazing springs, making it convenient to explore the area.We also really enjoyed fishing right from the property, which made our stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature, this is an excellent place to stay.

The property was great! It was clean and well stocked for cooking. The mattress in the main bedroom was nice too. We woke up feeling well rested every morning! The back porch, overlooking the Santa Fe River, was beautiful! Host was very helpful and made sure we were informed of pertinent details. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future!

What a beautiful place to call home for a few days. We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful!!! Updated and gorgeous. It was very clean, bed were comfy and clean, kitchen was well stocked. Loved sitting on the porch watching the river go by! We loved taking the kayaks out on the river and took the floats to some nearby springs. The host, Mark, was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay here. The location to various springs in the area in addition to having direct access to the Santa Fe river made for a wonderful stay. The property had everything we needed.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the river house. It had many windows and a bright inside. A beautiful view out to the Santa Fe river. Really no complaints at all. Everything was explained by the host ahead of time would definitely revisit.

We had a fantastic stay at the River Retreat! The property was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the Santa Fe River. There are plenty of nearby springs to explore, and we enjoyed paddling on both the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers. If you’re a nature lover, I highly recommend staying here!

A very comfortable recently remodeled home alongside a sparkling clear river. Unseasonable cool, wet weather kept us from venturing out on the river but we appreciated the kayaks were available for our use. A very tranquil setting.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation on the river. The home is clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the citronella torches on the porch definitely kept the bugs at bay. We will definitely return!

Great place. Short drive to the springs and the town of High Springs which had a nice family friendly brewery and other restaurants. Mark was very responsive when we reached out. Absolutely no complaints. Will be going back
