WALK TO EVERYTHING IN PAIA TOWN!
The setting is just stunning! Enter the back gate, and the first view looking through the glass door, across the entry area, and beyond the patio is of the ocean framed by palm trees, and the sandy beaches of Paia, Baldwin and Spreckelsville. The property is fenced and lined with vegetation on both sides to provide great privacy. It sits at the end of a little laneway, WALKING distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Paia. Sitting between the house and the ocean is a 50 foot lap pool and a hot-tub. NOTE: The ocean is rocky in front of the house, and therefore NO ocean access from the property..
All rooms with the exception of the play room and the 4th bedroom face directly to the ocean!
The ground level has a master suite facing out to the ocean, with a large bathroom (shower). There is a very well equipped kitchen, large living area, and of course, views from all rooms. The ground level has polished concrete floors.
The second level has three bedrooms with king, king, queen bed (two face to the ocean) and a playroom (2 twin beds). There are two full bathrooms on the upper level.
New: we now have split-zone A/C in the 3 king bedrooms and the queen bedroom.

This property has a vacation rental permit issued by the County of Maui, and is subject to the rules and restrictions imposed by the County for all short term rental homes. Please understand that we would be unable to accept a rental that does not agree to abide by these rules. Note: properties without a short term rental permit are subject to closure by the County.
1. Neighbors - Please be considerate of our neighbors. Noise carries easily to their homes, particularly in the evening. NO loud music, NO parties, NO amplified sound of any nature at any time. Many neighbors must be up early in the morning to go to work, and it's important that your use of this property does not impact them in any way.
2. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 9pm to 8am.
3. Use of the Property - Additional friends/family CANNOT be invited to the property and it cannot be used as a “meeting place”. The property can be used ONLY by the guests listed on the rental agreement.
4. Parking - There is plenty of parking on the property. Vehicles CANNOT be parked on the street at any time. When vehicles are on the street, there is insufficient space for emergency vehicles, fire trucks, the trash truck or neighbors to get down the road.
5. Minimum of 1 guest must meet the minimum age requirement of 25.
At the time of booking, we'll forward the property rental agreement for review and acceptance. Additional information with respect to care and maintenance of the house will be included in the rental agreement.
Payment is accepted by check, VISA or MC. For guests preferring to use VISA or MC, a 2% processing fee will be added.
