We enjoyed our stay at the condo, everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The view was nice too. We purchased a parking space, which was separate from the condo. That process was great and David was easy to work with. Steve, the proprietor for the condo, was helpful and referred us to David. We appreciated being close to everything, as we enjoy being able to walk to all sorts of fun things to see and do. A car is a must, because driving around is so worth it. Mahalo Steve!

We truly enjoyed our 8 night stay, the location was perfect — right in the heart of everything and incredibly convenient to stores, food trucks, restaurants, and the beach, which was only a block away. The balcony view was absolutely amazing and one of our favorite parts of the stay. We would definitely return!

We stayed at the Seashore 95 for a week. It is a nice and clean place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept it nice and cool. The view of the beach is perfect for sunrise coffee and sunset relaxing time. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook and comes with a coffee maker, small rice cooker and toaster.The immediate area has a lot of good places to eat. The walk to the beach is one minute or less then one block.The parking was worth the extra cost.The host made it super easy to check in and checkout. Before the stay they sent us all the information we needed to get into the building and include pictures to help find our way.

Steve is an excellent host with quick communication and an abundance of information for your stay in Waikiki. His condo is comfortable and well located to the beach and tour pickups. We took many walks on the main drag along the beach. Coffee on the balcony in the morning with a view of the ocean and surfers, fairy terns swooping, and a couple of quick parrots zipping by. Highly recommend.

Great communication with our host. The unit was as described and was clean and tidy, and we felt safe staying there. The beach chairs were utilized almost every day and we appreciated that.

We had a wonderful stay for our 30th Anniversary. Steve, our host, was amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had. Always pleasant and very helpful! You can’t beat the location. We will book this unit again. David was great about the parking. Parking is separate so you will want to let Steve know that you are requesting parking as it’s limited. He will give you the contact info for David upon booking. We miss it already:

Perfect.

It is a perfect place in the center of the action. Communication with the host was great, the kitchen saved us a little money, and the view was worth 3x as muxh as we paid. Mahalo!!
