The open floor plan creates a spacious and comfortable environment for entertaining, whether you invite a crowd or keep it intimate. The home is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all necessary cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals at home or choose from the many nearby dining options in Big Bear.

In winter, walk just minutes to Chair Lift #4 and spend your days skiing or snowboarding without the hassle of driving or parking. In the warmer months, take advantage of hiking trails through the fragrant pines of the San Bernardino National Forest or enjoy all the lake activities Big Bear has to offer in spring, summer, and fall.

Not worth the money

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental wasn’t the cleanest. The comforter in the main bedroom had white stains all over the backside. Very unsettling.... We moved the rug in the living area and underneath was all kinds of dirt and debris. It was literally like someone just swept the dirt under the rug. So gross... We went to clean it and their vacuum didn’t work. There was no silverware (spoons&f irks in the drawer. No dish soap or dish towels. Apparently they just want you to utilize the dishwasher. Which I think is very wasteful for small loads. The only positive thing I can say about the rental is the location. Very convenient if you’re planning to hit the slopes at Summit.
