We had such a great time, the house had everytjing we needed, plenty of room for everyone, ocean was only steps away and walking distance to restaurants, we will definitely stay there next time we come down

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked. We could not believe how close to the water we were! The view was absolutely stunning and even on spring break, the beach was never crowded. Communication was extremely fast and clear. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend family and friends to stay here as well!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was spacious and accommodating to our larger group. Two of the bedrooms had a funny layout but we made it work. The views from the living room and master bedroom were excellent. Our absolute favorite thing was being 12 steps from the ocean- which is where we spent most of our time. There was also a nice balcony to retreat too for when we needed a break from the sun.

a great place

Easy access to the beach; nice views from the vacation rental; very good communication with the owner. The owner responds to our requests very fast. It was an overall great stay.

Great property for large group or family

The property is great for large or multi-generational families. Everyone has their own “suite” with a bathroom. Just a few steps from the beach. We had a fantastic stay!

Excellent Beach House

We loved everything about this property. It had plenty of room for everyone and a great extra living room for the kids to have their own space. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The location was amazing with wonderful private beach access and a short walk to lots of fun shops/restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a fun family getaway.

Wonderful place to stay in Indian Rocks

Our family of 11 loved our stay! The house was perfect for all of our range of ages from 9 months old all the way up to adults. The location was wonderful and the view and closeness to the water was perfect! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy her beach, the area and their friends and family!

Great vacation

We enjoyed the property, the location was great, we had plenty of room and enjoyed being able to walk right out in the beach. Had my 85 year old mom with us and she was able to enjoy watching us from the balcony as we were really close to the water and she was able to walk down a few times.thanks so much

Beautiful 2nd story condo right on beach. Plenty of room for our eleven family members. Nicely appointed with thoughtful attention to detail. Communication with our host was outstanding! Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

A great place to stay with a large family. Fun for all ages. Great sand toys, beach equipment and super location for nearby restaurants. The house is perfect with lots of room , clean and well supplied.

Bachelorette weekend

I took my daughter and 9 friends to the beach for her bachelorette weekend. The house was WONDERFUL, owner wonderful, beach wonderful, everything… perfect!

It was a very nice space with a gorgeous view. We had a few issues, that were outside the control of the owner, but they came at 12 at night to help us address it and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again. It was well worth it.

Friend reunion on beach

The location was great and the effects of the hurricanes were barely evident. The host was quick and efficient with communication. She was even helpful with restaurant recommendations.
