The house was more than we expected and made our stay very comfortable. We were amazed at the rooms and amenities. The amount of supplies were tremendous. I would recommend this property to anyone. It made our visit to thw USAFA special. Thank you Wendell for everything.

The house was amazing. Everything you needed was there. House host was always available to answer questions. The owners of the property were amazing. I was grateful they opened up their house to stay in when we came up for my nieces wedding. It fit all nine of us very well. Thank you for making our experience there special

Had a wonderful stay and couldn’t ask for more in a rental. It was the cleanest and best stocked I have ever stayed in! The hot tub was also a plus. The entire family commented how nice it was. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and stay!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Communication was easy and effective and instruction on checkin/out were communicated very well. Would definitely book this again!

It truly is a majestic home. It's beautiful, fully loaded with imenities, extremely clean, great hot tub, beautiful patio with grills, lounges and beautiful table and chairs. The six bedrooms were great for our family of ten adults. It is a dream home away from home. Host was also easy to work with if needed.

Awesome spacious beautifully decorated home

Family reunion to celebrate matriarch’s birthday. Lots of room and atmosphere. Convenient to Pike’s Peak and other beautiful attractions. Supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group. We were a group of six and we each had our own bedroom! Also, the house is in a great location! Very close to a grocery store and restaurants!

Very Nice Experience

The house is big and very clean. Great kitchen for cooking and an excellent yard for our dog and the grandkids to run around in. We would definitely come back to the house again if the need arises for us to stay in the Colorado Springs area.

Family gathering to attend Parents’ Weekend at USAFA

Great place to stay with a family or large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out and have a comfortable stay. House is 25 minutes from USAFA and even closer to airport and downtown Colorado Springs. House has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen. Back porch with hot tub and fireplace is a great place to hang out. House is very clean and well maintained.

Extra room

My extended family came for my daughter’s graduation and I needed extra space for them to sleep so I rented this beautiful house. It worked perfectly for what we needed and my family felt like they got the red carpet treatment, the home is amazing and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend it.

Family vacation

This home worked great as a base camp for all of our excursions. The house was spotless and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Zero complaints. We were initially planning on having 11 people total, but three cancelled. With the couples sharing a room, all the kids ended up having their own room. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace was a nice touch as well. You can tell that the homeowner really loves this home. Our group tried to take care of it like it was our own.

Thumbs up! This was a family stay of 8 people and there was still plenty of room. Back yard was great and we really enjoyed grilling and the fireplace. The owners were great from the start. Very agreeable and accommodating. As an example: we asked where the best place to get some firewood would be; then a barrel of wood and firestarter show up.For us, the location was good. Close to grocery stores, etc... so we could get everything we needed, but it is a bit of a drive from downtown Colorado Springs and the majority of the tourists sites. To be clear, not an issue for us at all, but if you are looking to be directly downtown, that's not Peyton.In summary, we enjoyed our stay greatly. Of a place that is all positives, the backyard is the winner. We spent the majority of our time there. Would recommend!

Excellent and Cozy Get-Away Home!

This was the first of our group's get-away weekend from Friday to Monday. We were a group of 5 couples (10 people). We had one room each for each couple, which made it very lovely, with a huge living room for relaxation. The house has everything we needed from kitchen to dining to BBQ on Sunday night to the cool Jacuzzi. It is a central location to shopping, Sand Dune, Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods, etc. This is a cool location with quiet neighborhood. Everybody in my group enjoyed the stay. The customer service was good, except some misunderstanding about the check-in and check-out times. If the check-out time can be revisited by VRBO listing to allow customers have more time to check-out, that will be very nice. I will recommend this property to friends and family. And if the opportunity arises, I will re-rent this property.

Dear Francis, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and that you loved the location and the house. We want to thank you for taking such good care of the Cordoba's house. Yes we would love to have you back and stay with us again in the future. The reason check out time is at 10:00 AM is that the cleaning person takes at least 6 hours to get the house clean and laundry done before the next guests arrive.

Everything we needed

Several members of my family stayed at the house for my daughter's graduation from the Academy. It is a beautiful house that easily handled all of us. The house was a bit further from the Academy than I had hoped, but that was related more to traffic from graduation week than the actual distance from the Academy. One of the reasons we chose this house was that we could use the garage in case of inclement weather, rather than having everyone trek through the house. The garage did have a lot of stuff in it so the area was less than I had hoped but it still worked great. The house was very clean when we arrived. It was well stocked with anything that we may need. The backyard was awesome! We did spend time out there between rain storms, enjoying the fireplace, visiting and playing cornhole. Communication with the couple that manages the house was terrific. They were quick to respond to all of the questions I had and were very accommodating. All in all, it was a great week at the house. A special thank you to Wendell for patiently answering all of my questions before, during and after our stay.

We loved this beautiful home!! I (myself to blame) had a mix up on the entry pad for the home but all was well. Response for assistance was immediate and helpful. (Thank you!!) The bedrooms were comfortable and the living area was spacious. Distance to go see the grandson at the Air Force Academy was perfect. My daughter-in-law fell in love with your back patio area and wants to fashion her backyard like yours. Patio was so relaxing after a full day of military events. Your flowers and hot tub were just the right answer after a full day. I thought your decor for the home was amazing. And being prior service, we felt like we were "coming home". The kitchen and living room fit our crew perfectly. And the downstairs area allowed for folks to "get some time for themselves" when needed. It was a lovely living experience, and we had a marvelous time. I would definitely rent this place again for more USAFA events. Thank you! Our memories of this home will be special for years to come.

USAFA Parents Weekend

Well suited for our extended family coming in to enjoy Parents Weekend for the United States Air Force Academy where our son attends. It is approximately 30 minutes from USAFA which is a little farther than we would have liked, but the home had enough beds to accomodate our family in comfort. There was slight communication error with the property managers and owners on check in that was quickly resolved and the owner of the property went over everything thoroughly. The kitchen is well equipped, the only suggestion to the homeowner would be to possibly add a can of cooking spray to the pantry as that is the one thing we forgot to pick up at the store. Many other other homes that we have stayed at provide that so we did not even think about the cooking spray.... Other than that no complaints at all!
