Cozy, Romantic Cottage style studio with a tropical Hawaiian feel. Ideally located off the beaten path in Poipu Beach, on the sunny south shore of Kauai.

The Cottage is in a great location.. just 300 feet from the ocean. It is located on a quiet lane that ends at Whaler's Cove, close to snorkeling with sea turtles at Koloa Landing, hiking, kayaking & surfing. Just a short walk to Kukuiula Shopping Village with many shops & good Restaurants!

The cottage is very intimate and cozy, neat and clean. It has a private front and back patio area, a queen-size bamboo canopy bed, cable TV, stereo, free Wi-Fi access, A/C and free and convenient parking right in front of your door!

Cozy space in a safe and convenient location from which to explore the southern part of the island. The host was very accessible and everything we could possibly need was there… including all the accessories to enjoy the beach that is just around the corner!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and this cottage was perfect! It was clean, well stocked and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. Neighborhood is nice and EJ's local tips were spot on. Thank you for an awesome place to stay!

Great Poipu Cottage

This cottage provides beaches and lots of things to do within a short walking distance. Great place to stay to take in Southern Kauai.

Peaceful and welcoming

My husband and I started our honeymoon in this cottage. The quaint and peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. What a wonderful and welcoming place to stay.

Great location

Super cute little home away from home. close to beaches, sunsets and food. We enjoyed our stay. Amenities were all there and bed was super comfortable. Close to restaurants so we ended up doing take out for dinner a lot because we enjoyed eating at home. Thanks for helping to make our honeymoon wonderful...

Terrific place!

We had an easy, comfortable stay here. The bungalow is as described. The pound of coffee and macadamia chocolates were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Easy communication with the owner. Quite place, well located. 5 stars!

Best place on Kauai an island on an island

A little smaller than expected, is part of a triplex. We stayed in Hibiscus, which has nice light, a comfortable bed and is an easy walk to volcanic beaches, one with sea turtles- super rocky and well worth it, and the other with more tropical fish and more sand. It is a slightly longer walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and more shops. We enjoyed the back patio for breakfasts (when it wasn't raining) and some relaxed star gazing in the evening. We found that venting the windows and the ceiling fan running was sufficient for cool in November.

Wedding week

Location was fantastic. Daughter was getting married at The Beach House. Husband and I chose the perfect location for all events. The island is gorgeous. Would return if we ever return to Kauai. Thanks for a great stay!

Charming cottage

Centrally located and was stocked with everything we needed. A short walk to the beach where we enjoyed sunrise and sunset. Hosts made sure we made it on arrival day.

Great value for couples studio in South Kauai

Well configured studio in quiet neighborhood in Poipu area. Its an easy walk to Baby Beach and close to some really good restaurants and shopping in the Poipu/Koloa area. Well stocked by a responsive host. We enjoyed 10 days here comfortably in July and could easily have stayed longer.

Private comfortable oasis

Perfect studio steps away from the ocean. Comfortable and clean with a private patio for grilling and dining. Easy parking in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

April visit

Perfect place for our needs. Small but everything we needed. Really enjoyed the stay. If you have the opportunity, a fan in the bathroom would help with shower humidity. We will rent again when we return. Landlord did some nice extras that were greatly appreciated. Thanks

Nice week at Kauai Cove

Our unit at EJ's Kauai Cove Cottages was just perfect for our stay, with a quick walk to the beach for a swim & sunsets. We were close to many restaurants & beaches with easy parking for our rental car right out front. Comfortable, clean & stocked with supplies. Thanks for the coffee! The cottage was "as-advertised" and didn't disappoint.

Great location close to everything in poipu! It was small but clean and had all the necessities. EJ was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Enjoyed my stay!

Quaint studio in perfect location

My husband and I came for our first get-away without the baby (ok, he’s more of a toddler now) and this was the perfect location. EJ was super helpful when we had to change dates last minute. There is a thorough guide that gave us insight into everything close-by and we loved exploring from this less-crowded side of the island. There is an organic market within walking distance and the baby beach is adorable. One thing that I knew, but was a surprise to my husband who had only looked at pictures, is that this studio room is not a separate bungalow, but an attached row of three, so don’t be surprised that you share a wall with someone. We loved every second of our short stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

The perfect cozy place!

Cozy yet roomy. Great island feel. Nice back patio where we ate breakfast every morning. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants but you still need a car. It’s Hawaii after all! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice, kitchen well stocked. We don’t have one complaint.
