The house was clean, and very accommodating for our needs. My communication with the host was minimal but very effective in answering any questions. Response from our host was very timely.We were very satisfied with everything. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Freshly painted and completely remodeled throughout property that offered all the amenities that you would need to have a great stay in Dennis MA.

Awesome place. Recently updated and close to all that the cape has to offer. Host was very responsive. Would definitely return!

Great Location and Quiet Neighborhood

We loved the small home that is 5 min from our family, wedding venue, and grocery stores. Very clean and well stocked kitchen.

Nice new small house

Nice small house in quite neighborhood. House appears to be newly renovated and furnished. The garden still lacks some spots of grass. Would be nice to add outdoor kids play stuff which we missed to keep the kids entertained in the garden. The outdoor shower is great after a beach day and is really needed when you are visiting with 9 people since the house has only 1 bathroom.

Nice House Close to Everything

This house is nice because of the 4 bedrooms. Most homes on the cape are small. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were all a decent size. The one unusual thing is that you need to go through one of the bedrooms (a bunk one) to get to the biggest "master" bedroom. That room had the outdoor exit to the yard. We had a teenager staying in the bunk room so walking through was a little strange or you have to go out into the yard and around to the side entrance to enter the house. The living room is a bit cramped but there is a nice sized kitchen table and porch is also another space to hang out in. The house is also across the street from where Follins Pond is so there is not really direct access to the pond. The street is busy but inside the house is surprisingly quiet. There were window air conditioning units that worked well in all the rooms. The yard is very nice. Has everything you need to sit outside and relax. We brought our dogs. The back and side fences were over 5 foot tall but the front one was 4 foot,so if you have a very athletic dog you might have to keep an eye on them. There were also places where the fence was higher off the ground so if you bring a smaller more agile dog, he might also be able to wiggle underneath if you weren't watching them. Less than 5 minutes away from the grocery store. Starbucks and shopping center. There is a nice park close by to walk your dogs or to go to the playground...Would rent again!

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, and we ended up leaving early.The biggest issues were the refrigerator and the bed. When we arrived, the refrigerator was not cold. We assumed it just needed time to cool down, but it never reached a safe temperature. As a result, we had to throw away hundreds of dollars' worth of groceries we had purchased for our family vacation.The bed in the primary bedroom was also broken. We had to shim it with a drawer just to make it stable enough to sleep on, which is not something guests should have to do in a vacation rental.What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication from the property management company. It was difficult to reach anyone, and some of the phone numbers provided were incorrect, making it nearly impossible to get assistance.The listing also mentions "waterfront access," but this actually requires driving to a public boat ramp rather than having direct or walkable access from the property.
