Our newest Hampton Beach vacation home is now available, giving you the rare opportunity to stay in a fresh listing. While The Green Turtle is new to the booking sites, we’ve been welcoming guests to Hampton Beach for over 15 years and have earned a reputation for providing clean, well-maintained homes, responsive communication, and a hassle-free vacation experience.

If you’re looking for a great location where you can park your car, avoid the beach traffic, and walk to everything Hampton Beach has to offer, you’ve found it.

Get over the Hampton Bridge and park right here on P St. before all the traffic starts. Walk to the boardwalk and all your favorite places...

A nice walk to the Casino and the free nightly outdoor shows at the Sea Shell (exactly a .6 mile walk from the house), and it's about a 2 blocks to the beach.

At the Green Turtle you’ll find a large living room with XfinityX1 WiFi and 42” Roku HDTV (we do not have regular “cable TV”, just strong Internet for the Roku TV and all your devices). The dining room and kitchen are right off the living room, the gas grill just outside the kitchen door.

Full bathroom and ½ bathroom.

The Green Turtle will sleep 8 in beds. Please bring linens and your favorite pillow as we do not provide linens, towels, blankets or pillows.

We offer contactless check in/check out for all of our properties. The door code and all check in instructions will be provided when final payment is made and one week before check in.

Off street parking for 2 cars or small SUVs. Additional public pay parking is just one block away.

Also on the property is the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Big Blue Whale and the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Lazy Parrot. If you have a large group, this property at 7 P St has 11 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms total and could sleep 24 total and park 6+ cars if all are booked together.

Right out your door you'll find the Coffee Break Cafe, Patriot Convenience Store, Sabos sub, Stacey Janes Karaoke Bar, and The Ocean Wok. Bernies Beach Bar and Buc's Lagoon Mini Golf, Snack Bar, and Ice Cream are just a few blocks away.

A Great Little APT.

The unit is in a great location and we would rent again. We only had 2 issues which were addressed immediately,a bucket was left under the sink in the kitchen because of a leak,we only realized after it overflowed,it was fixed the very next morning. The other concern was the washing machine had black mold in it it. We tried running a hot wash with bleach,and the plumber even tried to address it ,but we did not use it,the mold remained. Other than theses 2 inconviences it was a great place to stay. Fred M

Great Location - not so great apartment

Stayed here with family to enjoy the seafood festival. The place is in the basement of another home, in front of a much larger home, all owned by the same person. As soon as you got there, you could immediately tell what kind of house it was...party house! We were supposed to have a parking spot, but the other houses had way too many cars and people. We managed to make it work, but had to box in others and get texts, notes and banging on doors/windows more than we were hoping for. The home was not really clean and power did not work when we got there so fridge smelt awful, which forced us to buy a cooler the first day. The other units were loud and they drank all day and all night. Luckily we were gone most of the time, but it was still very noticeable. The backyard space was not something we could even really use. Overgrown weeds and trucks parked so close that we literally had to shuffle around it leaving the apartment. The one upside was the owner. He was extremely responsive and a super cool dude! He got everything fixed right away and made sure we were happy with everything. I think the major turnoff was that this place was clearly party central and that’s not what we were looking for. I’d probably look elsewhere in the future.

Hey Bob, sorry you had a rough week at the Getaway. I did my best to help where I could. Seafood Festival is a total zoo in Hampton, definitely the biggest event of the year. We don’t rent to “party groups”, that’s why our neighbors love us so much. But at Seafood Festival is what it is. Maybe come back for a week during the summer next time, it’s a very different quiet family neighborhood then. For our future guests; Bob called upon arrival to let me know that the Power was out in 1/2 the house. I immediately drove over and fixed the issue. After Bobs departure, an electrician was on site to permanently fix this issue. We try our best to make sure everything is perfect. overall was very nice

loved location, washer and dryer. Slept quite a few, but didn't have closets and drawers for clothes or in bathroom a shelf for shower supplies. The dishwasher smelled bad, couldn't use it. Need more hooks and door racks.

Thank you Barbara for your review and suggestions. We will add a few dressers in the bedrooms this weekend during turnover. I’ll also run the Dishwasher through a “sterilization cycle”. I’ll also install some hooks, door racks, and a shower shelf. The cabin was very nice, and we enjoyed the beach

The cabin was clean. The parking situation was a hassle though. Its a cabin that sleeps 8, but u have one spot that fits 2 "small" cars. (thankfully we had 2 small cars. You can't fit 8 people in one car lol). Also, we stayed below a family with small children who were up early and went to bed late. We could hear them running and jumping around. The cabin itself was true to the description. Clean and comfortable. The AC unit, in the living room needs a good cleaning, but other than that it was a cute place to stay. We would rent again.

Kara & Jason were very helpful with any information needed before we got there. The house was very clean and cozy. Perfect for our family. Nice quiet area. Would def go back.

Things that need repair.

When we arrived the apartment was fairly in order. On a scale of 1 to 10 the cleanliness was 6. Paint was dated and in poor condition. Pallor chairs are in need of replacement. No central air. Hot in bedrooms. Washing machine broken, Coffee pot machine Broken ,Sink in half bath clogged.Over all rating of apartment----5---- out of 10.Would we rent from you again? Highly unlikely.None of the above problems were addressed. Ron Allaire.

Hello Ron, My wife and I were shocked to read your review. Not sure what's wrong with the chairs or the paint, that unit is fairly new all around. There is only one large A/C unit in the livingroom, and that's exactly what we say in the listing. No mention of having central air. I honestly don't think you'll find many Hampton Beach rentals with central air. We had our appliance repair guy take a look at the washing machine while you were there as requested. That unit is unrepairable and we have a replacement on order. We supply both a coffee pot and a Keurig. You reported the broken coffee pot and we purchased a replacement. We also cleaned out the clogged drain this weekend. All of the these issues have been addressed. We try not to bother our guests when they are on vacation, but if you asked us to replace the coffee pot and clear the drain, we would have done so immediately, we live a mile down the street and are always available for anything our guests may need. Sorry you didn't have a good experience at the Getaway. Jason & Kara

Great property and great location!

I only saw the unit online when I rented it and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was in person. Plenty of room for myself and 4 teenagers. The place was bright and clean with many amenities. We all had a great week and look forward to being back again next year. The owners were wonderful and quick to respond when I had concerns. Thank you Jason and Kara for a great vacation experience.

Very nice basement apartment

Location was great.....Basement apartment not claustrophobic at all.....The best part for me was the washer & dryer in the apartment.....Also the owners were very nice....Our family would definitely rent this property again!
