Couldn’t have been happier with this rental! A very thought out condo with all the extras you look for. The location is the best on the blvd. .. we for sure will be return guests!

The condo is well situated, with shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk nearby. The balcony faces the beach and was the favorite spot for us. We enjoyed the sunrise in the morning, and hanging out in the evening. We had a front row seat to watch the fireworks!The place is clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Having a covered parking space was an added bonus. The host was easily accessible and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful condo in great location across from the beach with an amazing view.Host checked in occasionally to make sure we were all set. Condo was well appointed with everything we needed.One parking space. If you have additional vehicles, there is plenty of public parking nearby. Get there early because it fills up quickly.Would love to stay again.

Christina and Eric are excellent hosts!! Their condo is beautiful, clean, and well appointed. They thought of everything a guest could want or need to be fully accomodated during their stay. The attention to detail i.e, a well stocked kitchen, games, a notebook full of useful info was much appreciated! Communication with Christina was very easy, prompt and she was very helpful answering whatever questions we had.We would, without a doubt, stay again

5 Star Stay

The place is great! Perfectly clean, very comfortable beds and the view is spectacular! Wednesday night fireworks are a must. Jess was very friendly, always responded within minutes and made our stay seamless. Highly recommend!

This property was just as advertised. It had everything you could need for the beach and more. The location was amazing! The Wednesday night fireworks were right in front of us. We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful views, great location, and fully stocked with tons of extras that make it feel like home! Very clean and updated. Great communication with property manager. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Tiffanie was an amazing guest! Communication was smooth and timely, she followed all house rules, and left the property absolutely immaculate. It would be a pleasure to host her again anytime, and I highly recommend her to other hosts.

I'd like to say this place was horrible and dirty...but only to keep other people from finding this absolute GEM!!! Everything, and I mean everything, was beyond what we were hoping for. Very clean, well appointed with beachy stuff and a kitchen that had more than I have at home! The location, I couldn't see a better location. Close enough to easily walk to the main boardwalk, but far enough to not hear the crowds and smell the foods. We are never going to even look at booking another place to go when we return to Hampton Beach. It is THAT good, and I am usually quite particular about places that I stay at. I very rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but this place was so special I felt that I had to. Loved every minute. And the covered parking was a fantastic bonus! Christina was a dream to deal with! Thank you so much!
