The listing was exactly as described and as other reviewers have noted, Peter is an exemplary host. I didn't have the good fortune of meeting his partner, Kristin, so my comments pertain only to Peter, who communicated clearly and promptly. I found him to be a very gracious, thoughtful man.The suite was absolutely perfect for my daughter and her two children ( four, and 20 months - I'm the grandpa). After a long drive from the Bay Area, we visited the California State Railroad Museum and then stayed overnight at Peter's place. We were so happy to find a quiet, spacious unit nestled in a residential area with grocery stores nearby. The unit was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed: a big backyard for the kids to explore, toys to play with indoors, kitchen ware, pots and pans, microwave, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, etc. Rather than listing everything, it would be easier to state that there was nothing lacking.The unit was very clean - everything in good working order.Beyond a shadow of doubt, I would stay here again and highly recommend Peter's listing to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, well-equipped unit. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate it an 11.Thank you, Peter, for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay, it was nice and clean and had everything we needed (dishes, coffee pot). It seems to be a nice area and the driveway is gated which is nice. Host is very kind.

Clean, comfortable cottage with friendly hosts!

Clean, well-stocked cottage in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of groceries and other shops. Great for a couple's getaway. Nice, friendly hosts. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Peter and Kristen were the perfect host and provided a wonderful home during my stay. Great and safe neighborhood. Clean and provided everything needed during my stay. Highly recommend this lovely home with great host.

Great overnight getaway!

The hubby and I needed to somewhere to stay since we had a late concert. The property is stunning and the space was large and clean and well stocked! It was a perfect getaway spot for the two of us!

Great stay!

Great location for our jam packed weekend in the Sacramento area. Hosts were very welcoming. Arrived to a nice Anniversary card and ground home-dried coffee beans. Would definitely recommend!

Housing while waiting for apartment

They were so helpful and understanding about any changes that occurred with my reservation and the house was clean and had any amenities needed. A super homey feel! Safe neighborhood as well and convenient location.

Everything was extremely clean. Lots of comfortable furniture. Kitchen was stocked with tons of stuff. Washer and dryer available. Enjoyable place to stay.

Hidden gem

The property is secluded and the neighborhood is tucked away from the sounds of a bustling area. Beautiful landscaping and lush gardens all around. Great for walking and close to restaurants, stores and shops. The hosts are attentive and friendly. The house is perfect for an individual or family group. Great accommodation.

Sister time

We were in Sacramento to visit some friends and take care of some family business. This was perfect for us -- nearby to anything we needed. Clean, comfortable and wonderfully quiet! Good hosts. Loved the cork oaks.

Will keep coming back!

This was our second time staying at this property and we were met with the same cleanliness and care as the first time! The hosts are very communicative and on top of things. We will definitely stay again anytime we need to stay in or around Sacramento.

Fantastic Hideaway

This was a great stay! Super private. Safe neighborhood. Hosts were amazingly helpful and great to communicate with. Location was easy to get in and out of to main roads. Super spacious. Appliances and amenities all worked great!
