Beach Home with Wraparound Deck and Path to Sand

Welcome to your charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house retreat, located just two blocks from the beautiful sands of Pensacola Beach. This casual, beachy home offers a relaxed atmosphere with all the comforts you need for a perfect getaway.

The Living Space
The great room features a bright, open-plan design with lots of natural light, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Unwind after a day at the beach on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a movie on the 55-inch HDTV with streaming services, or set the vacation mood with your favorite music on the Bluetooth sound system.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8-10)
Master Bedroom: California king bed with a Tempurpedic memory foam mattress, 42-inch flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Cozy room with a queen bed.
Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids, this room includes twin bunk beds and a daybed with a trundle.
Additional: For groups of 10, a queen air mattress with pillows and bedding is provided.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The combined dining and eat-in kitchen areas provide seating for ten.

Outdoor Living
Step outside onto the spacious wrap-around deck, perfect for soaking up the Pensacola beach life. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, lounge in the sun, or relax in one of the rocking chairs with a cool drink.

Family-Friendly Amenities
We provide a Pack ‘n Play, children’s books, toys, and board games for family fun.

This is a very good house in a great location (beach is a 5 minute walk with no big roads to cross).Has everything you’d need, and the beach toys (body boards, wagon etc) are great. We were travelling with two young kids and it was perfect for a family. Would certainly stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at Linda’s beautiful beach house! Quick walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, six burner blackstone griddle, spacious bedrooms, beautiful wrap around deck with seating on all sides. Enjoyed coffee under covered deck on the front. Quick walk to the white sand beaches. Pensacola beach trolley makes it convenient to get around the island. Linda was very responsive host and wonderful to deal with throughout the booking process and stay! Somehow missed this but there are beach chairs (10!) umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys for the little ones! Nice find there! Can’t say enough about rhis place. We will definitely be back!!

I had a very relaxing trip for my birthday all I wanted to do was relax and this house made it so comfortable the front porch I was sitting there early morning watching the cars and bike riders go by.. the beach was beautiful and so was the house.

Home away from home. Our family loves staying here when we visit Pensacola Beach. The house is always clean, the beds are comfy, and everything we need is provided. Check in process is always smooth and Linda is responsive and very kind. We will be back!

LOVE

Easiest check in I’ve ever had, beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood! The walk to the beach was so quick and the beach was SO PRIVATE! We will definitely be coming back and staying longer!! This was the best vacation!

Very clean and loved the location.

The property was just as the pictures appeared and very clean. It was only a short walk to Pensacola Beach and there were even beach chairs at the house available for us to use. This house was only a few minutes drive from shopping and restaurants.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Wonderful home, wonderful host! Quality of the furnishings much better than typical rental. Very comfortable and well stocked with things you might forget or unable to pack (beach bags, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…). Photos on listing are accurate and even better in person.

Blue Angels Weekend

We had a great time and enjoyed this cute house. Very nicely decorated, well-stocked, and clean! We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and toys provided since we were flying into Pensacola. We would stay here again!

The house was nice but there were some issues. First off if you arrive at night, good luck seeing where to go as there was very little outdoor lighting. I did notice throughout the property that there were several lights that were blown. Lots of dust on the AC vents and return. I dropped something under the bed and could not believe how dusty it was under there. The other issue was with the AC unit. It did not run very well and the house stayed a little hot during our stay. Nice house but would not pay that much to stay there again.

Family Vacation 2024

Our family spent a great time in this lovely home for our annual family vacation. It’s was easy check in. Spent a great time there and at the beach. Beautiful kitchen and cozy bedrooms. I definitely recommend this home.

It was a perfect location and beautiful beach house!!! All amenities you could want and a short walk to the beach!! One of the best and most beautiful beaches!! Linda was a great host and proposed any questions. However we didn’t have many since she prepays for our check in stay and check out!!! We will definitely be back!!!!Thanks for opening up your beautiful beach house for us to make great family memories in!!
