Kitchen had everything we needed very well stocked. The garage had the bikes for the whole family and pretty much everything we needed for beach.

This house was wonderful for our family.! We were attending our son’s Navy graduation & wanted a beach getaway to celebrate. We loved the house decor and everything was cozy. There were lots of beach items available for use in the garage.- huge bonus for us since we traveled from CA. The AC worked like a champ- felt amazing after being in the humidity, We would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at the Salt House! I don’t typically write many reviews but this home deserves it. So clean, comfortable and of the many beach homes that we’ve stayed in, by far the most well-appointed! Our family of all ages loved getting to use the bikes, paddle-boards, and games. Great location and very easy access to the beach. We thank you and would definitely would book here again!

This property far exceeded our expectations. It is a cozy home, full of charm and everything you could possibly need for a beach week or weekend. We planned a short stay with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. We were all very comfortable with the entire process. Everyone was very impressed with how accommodating this property is - all the beds were comfy and every room had access to a fan!

Perfect for small family

Loved Everything

The home has everything you need for you beach vacation. Very clean, kitchen was stocked, plenty of towels, and if you needed something for the beach, they have it. Definitely plan on staying here again! Highly recommend.

Cozy Beach House

Our family loved the Salt House! Very comfortable, clean, and nice furnishings! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The garage was loaded with everything we wanted for the beach! We definitely will stay here again!

Everything was perfect, can’t believe all of the amenities provided. Made traveling a lot lighter. Would definitely stay here again. Great location for beach and grocery as well.

Great rental!

Our family Labor Day vacation was awesome! The location of the house is great, with easy access to the beach. We were excited to use the beach umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, bikes, and water toys. Inside amenities were also wonderful, including comfortable beds, towels, and linens.

Best Vacation Ever!!

This was the best house for my event/vacation. We had everything we needed when we arrived. It was easy to find and close to the beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect. My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had every appliance and accessory you should need. It was in a great location. Comfy beds and nice linens. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 which includes a 16,13 and 9 year old. Communication from the management company prior to check in and after check out was great! We would recommend this house to family and friends.

Perfect stay!

The house was perfect for our family of six and could easily fit two more. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. They had everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach: towels, wagon, umbrella, chairs, cooler, sand toys, bikes/helmets, tents and more! The house was nicely decorated and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had lots of appliances and things to cook with and everything you needed to clean up. Grocery stores and places to eat are close by. I would highly recommend staying at this home!

Book it!

The SALT HOUSE delivers in every way imaginable...from outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand, to cruiser bikes, beach wagon, yeti coolers, boogey boards, umbrellas, beach toys, and whatever else your heart might desire for your families beach getaway -- this property delivers. You could quite literally just bring your swimsuit and still have everything you need for an incredible time at the beach :-) Thanks for the wonderful Spring Break trip from the Pifers -- we look forward to staying at the Salt House again next year!

Perfection

This place was such a dream! The amenities were so thoughtfully planned and my family of 8 could not have enjoyed the stay any more. The upper deck was the perfect place to view fireworks and drink morning coffee. The homes proximity to the beach path was super convenient and we took full advantage of the garage packed with all of the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and wagons that you could need! Just pack your clothes and a few snacks and GO! I will be a repeat customer!

Surpassed all expectations!

We’ve rented vacation homes in the past and this was by far our best experience. I read the reviews prior but didn’t want to get my hopes up as sometimes what you read online is deceiving. That was not the case. The house was extremely clean and fully equipped - everything was thought of down to coolers for the beach. Our family had an amazing time and we will definitely be going back to either the Salt House or another rental by Gulf Coast Getaways!

HS Classmates Trip

Property was very clean and in a good location. Very well equipped with everyday items. We were told to bring our own shampoos conditioners and soap. All bathrooms were stocked with these items. Also kitchen was equipped with everyday items as well as seasonings and spices. We brought extra stuff that wasn’t needed. Check with property management before going to see what house has.

A-Mazing!!

First, the amenities on the listing do NOT do this rental justice! You can tell the owners took time and pride in setting up this property to be a home away from home! From an extremely well stocked kitchen, to thinking of creature comforts in the bathrooms! The outdoor/ beach equipment was perfect as well (loved the cruisers - which were a total surprise)! The decor, organization, and extra supplies make it easy on families that come to visit for more than just a couple of days - no need to pack and drag more than your kids and food! Second, this is the BEST spot for watching the Fourth of July fireworks AND the Blues fly!! They literally buzzed the house all week!! And the views from the top deck are fantastic! Oh, and you can’t beat the short stroll to the beach - No need to leave anyone behind, everyone can make that small walk! Thank you for a great vacation! I think we are done with condos from here on out! Definitely, will be back to visit Salt House!
