The house was clean, cozy and the location was excellent! The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the deer in the park. The kitchen, laundry room and bath were well supplied! We enjoyed our time there very much!

Very centralized location in Salida. Farmers Market right across the street every Saturday. Very walkable distance to all shops and restaurants and even grocery store. Location was perfect.

Great location! Enjoyed our stay. Well-equipped kitchen (nice nonstick skillets). Although we didn't use it (so can't speak to its functionality), the grill in the backyard is one of the cleanest we've seen at a property like this. On street parking is no problem after hours, but might have to walk a bit during the day. Accurate listing and pictures. Communication with host was excellent.

Great Little House

The location was stellar - we walked to town once or twice a day. The house was super clean and well stocked with all the little necessities. I loved the mid-century modern decor. The arched doorways, black and white tile in the kitchen and beautiful hard wood all around showcased its authentic style. The beds were very comfortable. We spent each morning and evening on the cozy front porch. It was a special stay in every way!

Beautiful place to stay

This house was a perfect place for the 3 of us to stay for part of a week. Beautiful house, easy walking to anything in Salida, and easy access to points up and down the valley. The hosts were terrific and the entire experience could not have been better.

Really enjoyed our stay at Quant Home on Alpine Park! Location was perfect, close to downtown, we walked everywhere. Having the park across the street was nice for our kids.

Fabulous location across from the park and next to downtown. Totally equipped kitchen, even had an instant pot. Climate control was very pleasant.

Great experience

Stayed for a 3 day weekend over spring break and had an amazing time. Host was friendly and accommodating The house was clean and stocked with linens, all kitchen utensils, some board games, etc. I will definitely be staying again next time we come.

Location Location Location

This house is in the PERFECT location to enjoy Salida. Walk to everything: dining, shopping, entertainment, the river, grocery shopping. The front porch is lovely for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The house is comfortable, clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The AC works great. Jennifer was helpful and responsive. All that said, the house is old and not super well maintained: weeds in the yard, windows don’t open to enjoy the lovely mountain air. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub that’s also the shower, which is risky for anyone, especially older or mobility impaired folks. I would stay there again

Cozy, Clean and Cute

My friend and I had the best weekend in Salida! The house was perfect for our stay. It was super clean and it felt very cozy! We loved the proximity to the town and especially loved watching the deer from the cute front porch in the morning! I hope to go back with my family next time.

A perfect holiday home away from home

My family stayed at this sweet Alpine Park home for Thanksgiving and the holiday weekend, and we couldn't have been happier! It was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed. The experience was seamless from start to finish. A warm thank you to Jess and the Stay in Salida Team. We'll definitely be back!

Quaint home at Alpine Park

House was so clean and tidy. Location was perfect for walking to grocery or shops. Being across from Sat. farmers market was a bonus. Beds comfy and having a/c for really hot days was wonderful. Love to come back.

Great little house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from the heart of downtown. Nothing lacking inside for a very comfortable stay. Bathroom and kitchen are great. I would stay here again when we come back

This is a very cute historic type home with everything we needed for a ski trip to Monarch. We LOVED the location - could walk to shops - coffee - and all that downtown Salida offers. Definitely recommend! It’s comfortable and very cute!!

Great Stay in Salida

We stayed here for a weekend and the property was perfect. Check in and communication with the hosts was easy. The property is in a great location. It is located at the park where a local farmers market takes place Saturday morning. It is just a short walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Salida- no need to drive and look for parking! Convenient street parking at the house.

Weekend in Salida

This property is comfortable, clean, and in a fabulous location. Parking included and easy walk into the heart of downtown salida to access all shops and restaurants without needing to move the car or worry about parking in town. Across from park with farmers park. Grocery store only a few minutes walk away.

Early 4th Salida Visit

Perfect location downtown on the park. We picked up breakfast at the farmers market-right out the front door. My son was able to work from the bnb- good connection. We appreciated the AC. We would certainly return.
