IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Sea Winds Condominium Association will begin renovations to the lobby, pool bathrooms, and common hallways on June 17, 2026. This project is scheduled to be completed by December 19, 2026. The Association will also begin balcony repairs in the 01 and 02 stacks on August 3, 2026. This project is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise that may be heard throughout the building. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub will be closed during these projects to ensure everyone’s safety. Due to these ongoing Association projects, only one parking space will be permitted per unit. You can see the wooden walkway cutting through the lush greenery, leading to the beach, where you can hunt for colorful shells, snorkel in the warm water or try an exciting watersports like parasailing or stand-up paddle boarding. You can also see the tennis courts, the heated pool and hot tub in the midst of a cluster of palm trees. The interior of the unit is another impressive sight. Two adjacent walls of floor-to-ceiling windows fill the white-tiled living room with natural light. You’ve also got everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. The Sea Winds surrounds you with deluxe amenities.
