Big living room, full kitchen, full bath with tub. Three minute walk to beach; five minute walk to boulevard. Off-street parking and coin-operated laundry in basement. Patio with table and chairs. Air conditioning. Free WIFI and cable.

Perfect Location!

We definitely got lucky finding this hidden gem! I had originally booked a short stay at an inn (motel) in area that we’d used prior. However, I really wanted to find a rental that was affordable and more importantly close by the beach and entertainment for the kids this year. This place was just that, it had all we needed. I was happy to have the kitchen so I could bring food and cook meals, which definitely helped with the budget. It had all the necessities we needed, making our stay much more enjoyable. The location is perfect, set back a bit off the main strip in a quiet area. It was about a 2-3 min walk to the beach and the beach area is much less crowded than the upper beach area, which I appreciated. The walk up to the main strip was about 5mins. We were very pleased with our accommodations and how much more we enjoyed our time in the area this year. We look forward to coming back here again in the future!

We stayed at Karyn’s condo for two weeks, and it was a wonderful trip. Karyn is fantastic, and communication with her was excellent. The condo is welcoming, well-located, and close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a comfortable queen-size bed as well as a single bed; we slept like babies, as it is very quiet at night, yet just a few minutes' walk from the Strip and two minutes from the beach. There is a convenience store—stocked with almost everything you might need—just steps away. The unit also includes a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and all the necessary furnishings for a comfortable stay. The shower is clean and offers plenty of hot water. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement—very handy—which operate on four quarters per use; it’s both affordable and convenient. The air conditioning works very well, and free Wi-Fi is included. We’ve already booked for next year!

Great place by the beach!

Very clean and comfortable condo! Location was perfect as you could walk to everything including a quick trip to the beach. Nice neighborhood and great neighbors - owner was easy to reach and very helpful!

Hampton Beach Condo

The property was easy to find with safe parking adjacent to the unit. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. It is a very short walk to the beach and local restaurants, stores and small markets. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely go back in the future.

A Family Favorite!

We stayed here in the middle of the week in August. We wanted to bring our daughter to the beach for her 6th birthday (it was the only thing she asked for) It was a last minute decision and the owner was very accommodating (and very friendly!), and the price was perfect! Upon arriving, I found that I actually over packed and was able to make a list of things to NOT bring when we return next year (because we WILL be returning again!) Everything we could need/want was provided to us (with the exception of linens and towels, which wasn't a big deal). There's a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement. It was nice to be able to dry our stuff after returning from a long day at the beach, and it doesn't cost NEARLY as much as the local coin-op laundromats. There was more than enough room for our family of four :) The neighbors are incredibly friendly and we even shared some birthday cake with them :) The boardwalk is a short walk away and the walk to the beach is even closer! It's nestled on a quiet dead end street, which made for peaceful sleeping. I literally can't say enough good things about this place and I'm so excited to return next year. We certainly have found our favorite place to stay (and we've stayed at a lot of places in Hampton as it's a family favorite location) and we are very much looking forward to returning next year :)
