Others have said that the photos don’t do the property justice and I think that’s very true. There is so much space and there are so many features, it can be hard to get a full idea from photos. The bedrooms are great with all king beds. The indoor and outdoor spaces are huge. There is ample dishwater, glassware etc. There are 2 adult and 2 kids kayaks and a bunch of water toys. Such a plus to be able to walk down a staircase right to the water. The game room also a big bonus.

Great house for families to share. Rooms were comfortable and having the adjacent suite provides for different groups to have different spaces. Good location as well. Downstairs is a bit chilly but not unexpected in the current weather. Has everything you need with a well maintained kitchen with functional appliances, cookware and serving dishes for a crowd. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit during the warm weather for some river fun.

Great home layout.

The home was very nice and spacious! Finally got used to the traffic after a couple nights. Great family fun in the game room and huge dining table. Nice to be close to the Redwoods and Ocean.

Large and open

This was our second time renting here. We had a large group and there is plenty of space for everyone to sit when we ate, watched a game, hung out on the deck. The garage is set up with games and stuff for the river. It's nice, comfy, and we'd come back again.

we feel at home, very comfortable and close to Safeway, everything was working perfectly, we didn't have any issues at all.

Perfect Vacation Home

As soon as we walked in the door all anyone could talk about was how we'd want to come back. The home is more spacious than it looks in the photos. That combined with the separate studio, gaming garage, easy access to the river, and hot tub room made it feel like there was always somewhere to relax or something to do. Check-in was also easy, everything was in good condition, and the location is close to a handful of walkable places. Great listing overall!

nice place for our family reunion

This house was great for our family's stay. The main room with the kitchen and living room was actually larger than it looked in the photos. And it has a great table that could seat our whole family. The kitchen was well stocked for our group of 12. There was some noise from the highway just outside and there was some loud noise in the house from the water pumps. But these issues were greatly outweighed by the positives.

wine trip

The house was great, lots of room, the baths were great, the kitchen well stocked and the living areas were great. Location on the river was nice, BBQ grill very good. Cons: We came for wine, food and football. We got two out of three. The Wireless was very sporadic. We had no connection three out of four days. We rebooted the system over ten times during our stay. We would leave around 9am and return after 5. The wireless was not working most of the time. The TV in the living room is a mess. We were unable to watch football Saturday night, Sunday night and Monday night because the signal was poor and the picture in and out. Disappointing to say the least. We did as the manager said but to no avail. The tvs in the bedrooms were fine, just the big TV in the living room. The keys were worthless. I don’t know if anyone tried them, but they needed lots of jiggling to open the doors. We could not unlock the doors to the garage and had to use the opener to open the garage for use. We spent at least several minutes trying to open the suite door. We could not lock the back suite door when leaving so we had to leave it unlocked. Very frustrating to have keys that do not work. Please check them so the next occupants will not be as frustrated as we were.

Nice, spacious home.

Very nice space with enough room for several families. The game room is only accessed through exterior stairs and is not heated which made it quite chilly in Feb. but probably no problem in the summer. Also the hot tub is also behind the house which I didn’t realize at first. Lovely soft beds and tons of hot water. Great time
