We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:- Our listing details what is provided in the starter amenity pack, and we do encourage guests to review this before arrival, so expectations are clear.- While pantry items like salt are not guaranteed, we often leave unopened items left behind by prior guests when it is safe to do so.- We take cleanliness very seriously and wish we had been made aware of your concerns during your stay so we could have addressed them immediately. The home has since been deep cleaned, and all main areas have received a fresh coat of paint to enhance the guest experience.We appreciate your comments as they help us ensure future guests have the best experience possible.

This service is available 24/7, and we didn’t receive any contact during your stay regarding pest issues.- The kitchen is stocked with all essential equipment needed for meal preparation, as outlined in the listing. However, short-term rentals are self-catering, so guests are responsible for purchasing consumable items such as soap, paper towels, and pantry staples.- We provide a complimentary starter kit of basic supplies to help guests settle in, which may need to be replenished depending on the length of your stay or personal preferences.Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your stay.
