Spacious Beachfront Suite - Sleeps 7 - Second Floor - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:
'Otter Space' is what we call this large, family-friendly oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to seven people by way of a king bed, a queen bed, a sleeper sofa and a rollaway, has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

The Space:
We call Unit 208 “Otter Space,” not only because it’s otter this world, but because it’s one of the largest condos in our rental pool.

At 824 square feet, this is one of the Sea Gypsy’s special Family Suites. It has the second largest floor plan in the building and sleeps up to seven vacationers. The master bedroom features a king bed and a sleeper chair, while the oceanside living area includes a queen bed and a queen hide-a-bed. We recommend children only for the hide-a-bed. Otter Space is perfect for a party of 4 adults and 3 kids.

A larger-than-life kitchen holds a different layout than most units here at the Sea Gypsy. It features a range oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes and cookware. The additional pantry space and cupboards make this one of the best units to reserve if you plan to do a lot of home cooking.

No. 208 “Otter Space” has so much extra space there is room for a full-sized dining room table, coffee table, a reclining chair and a desk for that member of your family who had to bring his work on vacation.

Because “Otter Space” is a Family Suite, you have the largest set of oceanfront windows in the building, too. 

No. 208 can sleep 7 adults, although with the hide-a-bed and cot we recommend it for parties of 4 adults and 3 kids, or even parties of 2 adults and 5 kids.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 16 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.

There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.

The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
