The house was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, extra spices such as sugar, salt and pepper etc. Issues we had were minimal but there was no hand soap in the containers, Oneof the toilets was clogged with a full roll of paper, another one needed the handle adjusted. The hot tub was so gross with oily, dirty water that it wasn't usable. The dishwasher had not been run and was loaded with dirty dishes..Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for all.

This house was clean and tidy. It was well stocked and comfortable. Parking is a bit tight but we managed to make it work. The location is wonderful and very quiet. We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed. My only negative is dealing with the property management company. I will NEVER book a property with OBV. I don’t like their business model of a NON REFUNDABLE security deposit. I totally agree with the charge, however if we don’t break or destroy anything that should be REFUNDED to the renters. Total rip off!

Stayed here with 9 family members, 7 adults 2 teenagers and 2 small dogs. The house was clean and updated. Three full bedrooms in the house and a bonus sleeping area in the carriage house in the back yard. A full basement area with plenty of seating, ping pong table and air hockey table. On the first floor was a nice bedroom with attached bathroom with a nice sized shower. There is also a half bath on the first floor. 2 bedrooms and loft area upstairs with another full bath. Kitchen had nice modern appliances and was nicely stocked. Everyone enjoyed the place and it's spaciousness. Check in/out was easy. 2 parking spaces outside and a garage available but it is only usable with a compact car. Walking to the beach was a tough walk with very long steep steps so we only tried that once and drove the other days. Very fair price and perfect fit for our group, would definitely stay here again.

The host was super responsive after I panicked and could not locate the check-in information (Me issue, lol). Accurate description of house and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed cooking a meal and being able to hangout together in the open space. Gas grill worked perfect! Girls loved the volleyball, hot tub, and large but cozy couch/movie area upstairs. They even had treats and toys for our dog. :)
