Overall we had a great stay at this house in St. Augustine Beach, perfect location for an easy walk right down to the beach. House was clean & perfect for our group traveling for a long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was nice and clean. The plus was only having to walk a short distance to the beach. We would definitely stay again in the future.

This house was perfect! It had every we needed and was so close to a beach entrance we could go back and forth easily if we needed to. We enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again

Review for Surf Perch

We stayed for a month at the Surf Perch and it was wonderful! The beds and furniture were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, beach wagon, tent and chairs (they will need to be replaced) this place did not disappoint. It was great being so close to the beach and great restaurants! We are already coming back next year for the month! Thank you!!

Surf Perch

This was a quaint house for our family while visiting for college graduation. The amenities were great and the area was even better! Close to restaurants, shops and of course the beach. Loved our stay there! Would highly recommend!
