📝 Need to Know - There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door for security purposes only. No cameras are located inside the home or in private guest areas. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
