Lakehouse near Pictured Rocks, with Hot Tub, walking distance to Casino & Bars!

Pick us for your UP escape and stay at our beautiful home on Furnace Lake in Christmas, Michigan. When outdoors activities have worn you out or you need to warm up we have fireplaces on both floors to cuddle up and watch movies on cable or use the wifi. For the brave we have an outdoor hot tub that overlooks the lake. There are six bedrooms , three upstairs and 3 downstairs. Bedroom 1and 2 have queen size beds and the last bedroom upstairs has bunk beds with a twin and a full. The downstairs bedrooms have one queen size bed, second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin and a full bed and the third bedroom has a double queen bunk bed.
We are not far from the trails if you have a need for speed.
Christmas has one of the best steakhouse in the area and we are walking distance from the Christmas casino if you are a risk taker.
You will only be a 10 minute drive to enjoy the wonderland of Munising. Valley Spur offers beautiful trails for snowshoeing, or cross country skiing. Add to your bucket list seeing the waterfalls, Eben Ice Caves and Lake Superior in its frozen glory.

Lovely house in a great location to see the Pictured Rocks and the Marquette area. The house was very clean and cozy with all the amenities that we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

The home was better than the photos. We found it spacious, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for our group of 10 people. The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again.

We had a great time at our VRBO. The location was great and close to all of the attractions and hot spots in Munising. The hot tub and pool table were a nice bonus! The house was very nice and clean and decorated beautifully. The only thing we should have brought were a large frying pan and a large pot. Other than that the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the back of the house of the little lake was so lovely. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and there were plenty of chairs for our group. Our host, Angela was very responsive to any questions we had and very pleasant to communicate with.

Lake view was great highway noise was not. Furniture was nice and beds comfortable. Kitchen was poorly equipped- pots and pans were old and dirty. Oven was dirty. Coffee pot was dirty. Maybe housekeeping issue. Outside of home was rough seemed like deferred maintenance won.

The property was wonderful. Very well appointed and very comfortable. We were a party of 12 and never felt cramped. The outdoor space was amazing! Restaurant and casino steps away as well as a convenience store.

Fun location for Up North adventures

Stayed with another family and 6 teenagers, they all had fun so it was a success! Perfect location for finding our adventures at Pictured Rocks and Marquette. Hot tub was nice and clean!

Great spot to connect with Family

We really enjoyed the house and the hot tub. It was a great place to connect with family over the holidays and enjoy the snow! We appreciated Ashley's flexibility about when we could get there and letting us check out a bit late.

We 've had the most wonderful stay. It's a nice property with stunning view. Clean and comfortable. We've got everything what we need. Perfect location and surroundings area allowed to visit a lot of places even with small children. Communication with hosts was quick and easy. We have had great experience!

Wedding trip

The house was perfect….We traveled to the area for my sons wedding. Several family members stayed with us and there was plenty of room for us all. The view of the lake was beautiful and one guest even brought her fishing pole. The outside spaces added to the spaciousness and offered several spaces to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful views.

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of space, the deck and outdoor space was good. The yard was nice for us and our dog. It was in a nice neighborhood to walk the dog, yet it was private also. Everything worked out great for us.

Snowmobile Trip.

The perfect home base

This house served as the perfect home base for a family trip. The house was immaculately clean, check in was easy as could be, and Ashley is very responsive if you have any questions or issues. We loved exploring the UP during the day and coming back to unwind and share dinner together in the afternoon. The pictures don’t even do it justice, the backyard is beautiful! We would absolutely stay here again.

Place was clean, had enough bathrooms, nice fire pit, dock was fun to fish off of, but didn't catch anything. Hot tub was a hit. Orv trails were nearby. Foggy's across the road had good steak. Perfect Place

Furnace Lake was such a beautiful stay! From the quietness of the lake to the amazing renovations in the backyard! The house was very homey and more spacious than appears online. Overall this was a 10/10 for me and I will definitely be back!

Women’s snowmobile Trip

The house is in an excellent location for trial riding and after trail ride food with a restaurant:bar in walking or if needed crawling distance. We have returned to this location/house a number of times due to its location and amenities - hot tub, garage, large parking area and beautiful rooms throughout. Recommend this house to anyone wanting t on your the UP.

Amazing!!

The owner was very responsive and even dealt with my silly questions. The place was amazing! Better than we imagined! We had our wedding reception here afterwards and the space accommodated everyone. It was very clean and such a nice area to chill and play board games. The view was extremely relaxing and beautiful. It was walking distance from a great restaurant and the casino. Our friends and us plan on returning to this awesome property!!
