Perfect place to call home away from home. Very cozy set up, that won't have that hotel feel. Everything that you may need on your vacation is provided. Two bedrooms are upstairs, so you can get well rested while the rest of your family is spending time downstairs watching TV, playing board games or cooking meals with fresh ingredients (Fresh Produce store with great prices is only a couple
of minutes away, within walking distance).
Orlando is only 1hr away!!! You can visit Disney or Universal.
Beach is 15 minutes away with great restaurants and free parking.
Take a kayak tour of famous Turkey Creek, only 5 minutes away - at Palm Bay Marina. Great prices on rental kayaks ($8 per single, $12 per double) and you get to see gators, turtles and even manatees. Bring camera to take awesome pictures!
Downtown Melbourne is only few miles away has a lot of small boutiques and great restaurants.
Melbourne Mall (with newly opened H&M, Express, Dick's Sporting Goods, Macy's and Dillards) is only 15 minutes away.
New Bass Pro Shop is 5 minutes away, located right by Palm Bay Harley Davidson.

Everything you need is provided: towels, bedding, all the things you need in the kitchen for making perfect meals, books, movies, board games, beach chairs and umbrellas. Just bring yourself and your family! And you are promised to have a great time!

Palm Bay townhouse

We were very comfortable in the unit. It is a very quiet location, while being close to our favorite grocer, Thrifty. The unit was very clean, which is as important as the quiet for us. We will look for openings to rent the unit again when we make plans to visit our family living in the area.

Super Cute!

Such a clean home and super cute. I love all the extras for a day beach trip that is provided. They had everything you needed to drive down to the beach. The host was super nice and very responsive. ❤️

Cozy and comfortable

We look forward to staying here again. The condo provided all the conveniences of home. There are great restaurants nearby which we enjoyed. However we enjoy cooking and the kitchen provided us the ability to have home cooked meals. We enjoyed walking around the complex and found everyone to be friendly. The location was perfect for us, the beach is 10-15 minutes away (depends on traffic)and Turkey Creek is very close. We play pickleball and there are places nearby to play. The owners were kind and quickly responded when we had a question. We truly enjoyed otstay!

Excellent location for families!

Our family of 5 stayed here again after our wonderful trip the previous year. We were pleasantly surprised to see there were several little upgrades (new coffee maker, new pots and pans, and a few other new things that made the trip better). The owner was very responsive to any issue we had, just like the first visit. We feel safe in this neighborhood and the added fence around the patio gives us peace of mind with 3 kids under the age of 5. Everything works here… washer, dryer, disposal, drains… it’s a very well maintained house and we literally have no complaints. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Florida.

My stay

Lana was very responsive anytime anything was needed. I loved the area, quiet, safe neighborhood only 10 minutes from the beach. Such a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Perfect Location, Lots of space

I'm so grateful we found this space! My husband and I travel for work, and it was nice having a large space to relax in. I had a huge hiccup with getting mail sent via USPS, but as soon as I made this address a temp address it all worked out. The only thing I recommend is new furniture. The dining table looks like it's for children, the couch is okay. And the beds could be upgraded, but the room and closet space were so spacious. And it was really nice to have a private patio, and all the neighbors are super friendly!

This property needs some updating. New appliances, etc. No one wants to rent a place with rust in the frig and washer. Also tub did not drain properly. Not enough washcloths and towels.

Family friendly house, safe neighborhood!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a month. The house was very clean, great condition, child friendly, and was well stocked with every day cooking, eating, and basic living needs. We were able to cook most of our meals there and were able to do laundry whenever we needed to. Laundry is very important with three little boys!! We always felt safe in the neighborhood and it’s very close to shopping centers. Lana was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it for anyone staying in Melbourne for a few days or a few months!

Great place to stay. Has everything you will need. Felt right at home and quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay. The owner was great and offered with help for anything we would need. The place is clean and cozy and well furnished with everything you need. We felt right at home and would like to stay again soon.

If you enjoy your privacy you will enjoy this property.

The condo complex is very well maintained, quiet and provides plenty of privacy. The patio is nice for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We had a couple of plumbing issues while here but the owner had them attended to immediately. The owner is very cooperative and friendly and addressed any concerns we had quickly. We liked the location of the townhouse in the complex as it looks out over a forested area and our parking spot is close by. The complex is well off the main roads so traffic noise is not an issue. Renters with children will find the complex "kid friendly". We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of two months and would stay here again.

Very Comfortable

Due to a unforeseen problem that lead to a cancelation with a previous rental. The Owner let my daughter rent this place in a very short notice. We want to give a Big THANK YOU for that. It is a very nice and relaxing place. Close to a nice market and short drive to other places. Could not ask for a nicer place to stay

Great townhouse in a nice neighborhood

We had a really nice time here and my kids loved the family friendly neighborhood. They would pose for a picture outside everyday before going to school. The place is nicely decorated and makes you feel like home. Lots of shopping close by and the beach is a short drive away. We had a problem with the shower and the owner was able to have it fixed instantly within the same day. Highly recommended for a nice relaxing time.

Great!

Perfect place to stay for a family break. Stayed with my wife and two teenage children and we all had a relaxing time. Very clean and in a quiet area, well off the main roads. Nice 'like home' touches throughout and plenty or restaurants in the area. And plenty of kitchen items for days when you rather cook a meal. The owner is very helpful with anything you might need and has left games and movies for you to use. I would stay here again!

Excellent home away from home

Very clean and very well stocked for anything the family may do. Everything from bath towels to bbq grill. Tv, Internet etc. Owner thought of every convenience. Owner also was very prompt in answering questions. Would stay again for sure. Thank you Lana very much for sharing your lovely home.

Quiet, comfortable and private!

Wonderful visit to Melbourne close to Florida Tech and all of Melbourne. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the reserving and check-in /check-out process. The house was perfectly comfortable and well-appointed. We can't wait for our next visit to Melbourne so we can stay here again!

Nice Stay and Helpful Owner

Met our needs completely

We were in Palm Bay to help our son move, and this condo was in a good location, and had everything we needed for our stay there.
