Having a washer and dryer was very helpful washing clothes after we were fishing...The view was breath taking...When we come back, we will definitely stay there again.

Very welcoming owners and cozy home. The cleanest home I have rented to date. The view of the mountains and the ocean are priceless. I liked the location on the edge of town away from traffic and private. Would stay here again!

Great, quiet location in Homer area. Easy access to the Homer Spit. A very comfortable home throughout with beautiful view of the mountains and water. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. They do live in the lower level, but we never heard them during our 3 night stay. Very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend this property for a great stay in the Homer area.

This location was perfect for a trip to Homer. It was located close to everything, yet slightly remote. The view of the mountains was spectacular. We'll worth it!

We had a great stay... beautiful sweeping views (lucked out with sun!!) of mountains and Kachemak Bay in a most comfortable home. The grounds also feel homey, with Sandhill Cranes wandering about, flourishing gardens and a small family of ducks who preferred to wander the periphery. The house is roomy (& well equipped)! Friendly owners have perfected the art of hosting with kind reverence & zero sense of 'hovering', lol. Lovely folks. Was a great weekend getaway trip; highly recommend!

Our family of four (2 adult "children") absolutely loved staying at Phyllis and Kit's beautiful home. The home was spacious, clean and provided spectacular views of the Homer spit and the mountains beyond. Kit welcomed us upon arrival and we found plenty of helpful information inside. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals and the kids loved having their own rooms! What a treat it was to stay at this special place hosted by such warm, welcoming hosts. If we are ever fortunate enough to make it back to Homer, we hope we can stay again! Thanks to Phyllis and Kit for a wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place and location for our stay in Homer. It had everything you could want. It was clean and I particularly loved the high quality bedding and pillows provided.

Nice view and location

Clean house, comfortable beds, beautiful view of the mountains and water from this house. Very quiet neighborhood, and close to shops and restaurants on the Homer Spit. We very much enjoyed our stay at this house.

Positively Perfect stay in Homer

If you visit Homer, you better try to stay here. Absolutely perfect home with totally comfortable beds and unbelievably view of the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Phyllis stopped by and was a perfect host.

Beautiful View with Wildlife

Perfect place to stay for the weekend for a family or group. Lots of space and gorgeous views of the Spit out the front window. We spent the first evening watching a mama and playful baby moose in the yard. Will definitely be back!

Great view!

Nice spot for a family! Very clean and the three bedrooms were great for the kids. The view of Homer was fantasitic and there were plenty of amenities. Would recommend.
