My son and I stayed for a couple days while we were fishing. The accommodations were nice, quiet and the fresh baked cookies were great. My son ate all but one. Would recommend and will stay here again on one of our next trips to Homer.

Great property for my wife and I. We only had 2 nights but could have stayed longer. The location is close to everything and has a great deck with a view of the water. Very relaxing.Kathy was easy to communicate with and left us some wonderful cookies. The kitchen is small but well stocked. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. If you need 2-3 nights in Homer do not hesitate.

Absolutely fabulous little guest house. Super cozy. Great view of Kachemak Bay and just a short drive down to the Homer Spit. The cookies were fabulous!

I knew from the moment we arrived I was going to love the place! I stepped out of the rental car and the property smelled amazing. I turned the corner and was in awe of the view! Everything was super clean. The host even made us delicious cookies & gave us an anniversary card!

Excellent location and check-in was easy. The rooms were perfectly clean and the kitchen area was well-equipped. We loved the view and the sandhill cranes who visited the front yard each day. It was implied by the host and reviewers that a homemade dessert would be provided every day. We did receive a few chocolate chip cookies on arrival, but nothing the next day. It is a little thing, but after a long day out and hiking, we were looking forward to see what treat would be left for us. That said, I would definitely still recommend Rangeview and would stay there again.

This is a small apartment off the hosts house. It is great for a couple. 1 bedroom, bath and small kitchen area/living space that provides all you need for a comfortable stay. It is not extravagant, it is cozy, well equipped and cutely decorated (must like moose ;). The view off the private porch is outstanding. The hosts kept in touch with us by text to see if we needed anything several times but still allowed us privacy. A parking spot was available. We were close to everything in town and a short distance from the Homer Spit where much of the activities and shopping are. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Rangeview B&D was the perfect spot to come back to after an exhausting day watching the bears at Katmai! And a specially made dessert waiting for us was the cherry on top! If we are fortunate enough to come back to Homer, we will definitely stay here again!

Great location and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Clean and comfortable place. Desserts were awesome and such a thoughtful addition to a wonderful stay. Fit 4 adults just great.
