Homer, and this rental property have won my heart! The house is perfect, Homer is way more than i expected! Would definitely stay here every time I can get back to Homer!

This cottage is adorable and homey. It is convenient to everything, the beds were comfy and there is a partial view of the glaciers and bay. It felt very private and quiet despite not being far from town. We highly recommend this home.

The house was perfect and Victoria was extremely informative on things to do in her town. It was so nice being able to walk across the street after our long drive to grab a bite to eat. We throughly enjoyed sitting outside on the deck enjoying the view.

Four of us stayed 2 nights. Perfect size for 2 couples. Very quiet between the 2 rooms. Location is great. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Nice interior with large front windows, several bathrooms and pleasant landscaping. Several nearby dining options including coffee and a diner right across the street , and convenient to the Spit. Quiet off-street setting but there was some late night noise from a local bar down the street.

The house was very clean. It was spacious and well stocked. It is a convenient location for any activity in Homer. The host is very easy to communicate with. It has views of the mountains and the water. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great place to stay

We had our employees stay here for a week while they were doing work in Homer, they had nothing but good things to say about the house, the location and the owner.

The house was in a great location. Comunication was excellent. The big picture window were beautiful! Very comfortable. We could not find the coffee although the filters were there so I am sure the host didn't notice there was no coffee left. No big deal, we headed across the street for breakfast and coffee. Overall we would stay again! I wish we had more time!!

Great place to stay

Great location for our stay in Homer, central to everything. Easy to communicate with owner, we were missing some towels on check in, called her and our issue was immediately resolved. Would definitely recommend a stay here if visiting Homer!

2025 Kachemak Bay Shorebird Festival

Had an amazing time staying here for the shorebird festival. Outstanding location for getting to events on foot and by car. 10/10 Will stay here again.

Excellent place to stay!

Excellent place to stay...very clean, comfortable, great location, views, yard and deck to hang out on or see moose in. Loved that both bedrooms had their own on-suite bathroom. Great communication with owner...would definitely stay again if in the area!
