My family and I had a last minute stay needed and we were greeted with open arms. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and cannot speak highly enough about not only the property but the amazing family that hosts!

Beautiful view and lovely little cottage! Light control isn’t the best, so make sure you bring an eye mask.

Beautiful area wirh gorgeous view of the spit. Lovely, friendly host. Very well stocked home with comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and a great price. We took a bear tour flight out of Homer, and we could see that planes taking off and landing from porch. We thought that was cool. Just a note that the second bedroom is open to the living area if that matters and the front door does not come with a lock. It was not an issue for us, and we enjoyed our stay, but thought that might be a concern for some.

Raspberry Cottage was the perfect location! We loved the million views of the Spit, water, and mountains. We enjoyed being in town and eating at local establishments rather then in busy tourists spots. Short drive to Spit and the beach. The host is very warm and friendly. She called the day of our arrival to check and see if we needed anything, gave the weather report, and provided tide viewing times. We especially loved that the property is dog friendly. The cottage is rustic, comfortable, and extremely filled with everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend Raspberry Cottage! We are ready to book for next year!

We loved our stay at Raspberry house and wished we could have stayed longer. It was rainy when we arrived, but the sun followed us and stayed for a few days. The view was fantastic and the huge front yard gave our kids and furry family members room to stretch their legs. It was outside of town but a very short drive to everything. It was so quiet and peaceful at night. We were even visited by a momma moose and her baby. I would recommend this cabin to anyone traveling with family and pets. Anne was lovely and so sweet! We hope to travel back to Homer and hope Raspberry House is available!

Raspberry Cottage is THE place to stay in Homer

Four of us friends stayed here for a couple nights for the last few days of our trip to Alaska. We all wished we could have stayed longer at this house - it was our favorite place on our whole trip from Denali to Homer. It was quaint and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and the owner was very attentive. She had great information for us and was a real sweetheart. Turns out there are three rentals on the property so if you have a big event it would be perfect. We never saw the other folks though. Hope to stay there again someday!

Beautiful View!

We weren’t at the cabin very much during the day because we spent most of the time on the spit but it was a short easy drive to get there. I would say my only comment would be to have a look put on the door. The owners are amazing and live right buy the cabins but I had my dog with me and it made me nervous to not be able to lock the door. Would stay again though!
