New furniture and decoration. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with new modern appliances. Dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave and a large fridge/freezer, of course with ice maker, crushed ice and filtered water. All appliances have an upmarket stainless steel front.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area and opposite the living room. From the breakfast area you have an amazing view of the terrace and the pool. The very nicely coloured pool area with roofed terrace invites you to sunbathe and feel at ease. In this tranquil location, you can relax – year round. The entire pool and terrace area is covered with a mosquito net. Our villa is equipped with everything you need in your everyday life. You do not need to bring anything but your personal items, good humour, and your rental car for your American dream holiday.

Pool: The very nicely coloured pool area with roofed terrace invites you to sunbathe and feel at ease. On the terrace there is a large glass table with 8 garden chairs and 3 sun loungers. In this tranquil location, you can relax. The entire pool and terrace area is covered with a mosquito net. The pool water is tested and cleaned weekly by our pool service. Of course, it can be heated.

Clean, comfortable and a beautiful pool!

We enjoyed our time here. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the shining star was the beautiful, perfectly heated pool! The only thing we were not happy about is we didnt realize the house was for sale and it is in fine print in the contract that they can show the house while you are staying there. We wish that was more transparent when booking. The property manager was very nice and helpful though and the owners of the property were very nice to communicate with as well. We would recommend!

Great home to rent!

I loved my stay here at Villa Chayenne. Home is beautiful and very clean (which is important to me). It had all the comforts of home - was well equipped with everything you need. Property is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. My guests and I felt very relaxed and comfortable here. Owners were wonderful to deal with. Definitely exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend this place. Big thank you to the Schmidt family for allowing me to enjoy their beautiful villa - I definitely plan to be back. Diane

Very clean

I was not disappointed. The property was very clean, which is the most important thing to me. Everything I needed was there too, like a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, great kitchen appliances and dishes, a comfortable bed, a coffee maker and toaster. Also, a washer and dryer. Having 4 bedrooms was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet. Good location too. Thank you. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Great Pool

A spacious house with plenty of seating and beds. No problems with the mattresses. This property has a great pool with lots of privacy. We weren't told until after making the reservation that there is an allowance for electricity but anything above that has an extra charge. The kitchen has good pots and pans but for long term stays it needs a garbage disposer and a sprayer on the kitchen faucet. The neighbors were quite friendly.

Cape coral 2023

Great stay. Alot of space. The house is VERY clean, central location and a safe neighborhood. They lay out of the kitchen worked well for multiple people, prep space, with an open floor plan. The owners were very accomidating with heating the pool to our desired temperature. Thr only issue we experienced was the gsrage door didnt wor but the property manager took care of it right away. If you have small children the back yard is great Parents can relax by the pool and visually see themat all time. Also notrd an alarm on door going out to the pool. A safety feature for small children. Look forward to staying again!

Not our favorite

We have stayed in Cape Coral for the past few winters with our family and this was definitely our least favorite rental. The neighborhood had a lot of houses that weren't taken care of. The direct neighbors on both sides were very nice and had beautiful homes. You are responsible for your electric bill at the end of the stay which we were aware of. We assumed because of this we would be allowed to heat the pool to a temperature of our choosing. This was not the case and it was pretty cold for December. There was also a note on the thermostat that said do not lower below 74 degrees. This was not a problem for us, but I could see that being an issue for guests who like a house colder. Other than that, we ended up needing to purchase pans because none of theirs were nonstick so we couldn't make eggs or anything in the morning. The beds were pretty good and the pool area was nice. It is worth noting, they are trying to sell this house so the house manager asked if she could do a showing during our stay which made us feel uncomfortable so we said no. The house manager also told us that if the gas tank ran out on the grill we were responsible which seemed silly and other rentals reimburse things like that.

Bad beds, electricity

Every need supplied, but they charged for electricity use! The warming of the pool cost extra $120. The beds were old mattresses that forced me to sleep on a sofa. The bed supplied daily pain. Husband also struggled with bed. The tile floors looked clean but our socks turned black. Agent was very helpful and pleasant.

Awesome House!

The house is located in a very nice, & quiet neighborhood (even for the 4th of July). It is also 5 minutes driving time to several grocery chains, & restaurants. The House itself was clean (no insects/critters of any kind in the house), comfortable, & very nicely decorated. The pool area was outstanding! Brigette, & Sandra were very responsive to my questions, & requests.

Perfect vacation time

This was our home away from home. We all enjoyed ourselves. Family came to visit the kids loved the pool area. Water was so refreshing! We had a couple questions when we first came but Sandra answered our questions very timely. We had several emails with Bridgett she was a delight. Loved her home and the time we spent there. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Great Location and beautiful home

I have stayed in Cape Coral for years and this has been the best property by far. The property manager came out in person at check in and check out which made communication easy. We had a great a stay and would definitely stay at this property again. Very spacious and well kept. Pool was great and was the perfect temperature

Beautiful home

My entire family enjoyed our stay in Florida. I was a little nervous having two young children(1 and 6) in a rental but my kid's loved it. I would highly recommend this house to anyone including families. We will definitely be renting this house in the future. Very clean and spacious which is exactly what I love!!!!! Thank you!

Can’t wait to go back!

My fiancé and our children (my 3 and his daughter) stayed there. We enjoyed having enough space for the entire family. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra bedding and pillows. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were floats for the pool. It was clean. We loved how the house was in a safe and quiet neighborhood but also close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the water park, which was close by the house. The small beach was about a 20 minute drive and there was a small playground for the younger kids. We loved our vacation. The only downside was it wasn’t long enough.

Vacation and visiting family

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is situated in a quiet and clean neighborhood. It is central to Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral Harbour & Beach, Sanibel Island and Pine Island. There are many options for dining out. The house furnishings are very comfortable. The pool is very clean and pool maintenance was kept up weekly. We want to thank the Schmidt for renting their Florida home to us, and we would definitely return.

Wir haben während unserer Florida-Rundreise im September 2016 insgesamt 2 Wochen in der Villa Chayenne verbracht. Bereits bei der Buchungsanfrage haben wir uns über die blitzschnelle Antwort gefreut. Der gesamte Service der Vermieter von der Buchung bis zum Check Out war perfekt und ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach der Anreise wurden wir freundlich von der Managerin empfangen und mit einigen Hinweisen und Tipps versorgt. Sogar über eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung durften wir uns freuen. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Grundstück, Haus und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und lädt wirklich zum wohlfühlen ein. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Man benötigt eigentlich nur die eigenen Klamotten und hin und wieder was vom Supermarkt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Im Haus findet man eine Mappe mit unzähligen Tipps, Restaurantempfehlungen, Adressen von Einkaufs- und Shopping-Centern usw. Vom Haus in Cape Coral aus gelangt man nach 20-40 Minuten zu einigen der schönsten Strände. Viele weitere sehenswerte Ziele sind während einer Halbtages- oder Tagestour zu erreichen. Wir haben uns im Haus ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Villa Chayenne können wir nur weiter empfehlen und wir werden bestimmt in Zukunft nochmal wieder kommen. Alles in Allem sind 5 Sterne gerechtfertigt.

Our fully air-conditioned villa Chayenne we bought as a new building in 2009, and even - furnished - with great attention to detail in a modern American style. It is located in a very nice and really quiet residential area in SW Cape Coral. There are many shops (Pine Island Road, Del Prado Blvd.) And also a golf course (Palmetto) find in the vicinity.
